Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kosz rekreacyjny, wykonany z wikliny, uzywany w ogrodach, tarasach, pomieszczeniach uzdrowiskowych i innych. Nowa i oryginalna postac kosza rekreacyjnego wedlug wzoru przemyslowego wyrazona jest w ksztalcie. Kosz ma kolowa podstawe z której srodka wyprowadzony jest ku górze lukowy wysieg. Na koncu wysiegu znajduje sie sprezyna wraz z zawieszonym na niej koszem w formie czaszy, przy czym miejsce jej zawieszenia znajduje sie na brzegu podstawy. Wewnatrz kosza umieszczony jest wklad tapicerski w formie otwartej muszli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig.1 przedstawia kosz rekreacyjny w widoku z przodu, fig.2 - kosz rekreacyjny w widoku z boku, fig.3 - kosz rekreacyjny w widoku z tylu, fig.4 - zdjecie kosza rekreacyjnego w widoku z przodu, fig.5 - zdjecie kosza rekrea- cyjnego w widoku z boku, a fig. 6 - zdjecie kosza rekreacyjnego w widoku z tylu. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest, ze kosz rekreacyjny ma kolowa po- dstawe, z której srodka wyprowadzony jest ku górze lukowy wysieg. Siedzisko, za-wieszone elastycznie na koncu wysiegu, stanowi kosz w formie czaszy. Wewnatrz kosza umieszczony jest wklad tapicerski w formie otwartej muszli. The new and original form of the recreational basket, based on the industrial design, is expressed in its shape. The basket has a circular base, from the center of which an arc extends upward. At the end of the arm, there is a spring with a basket suspended from it in the form of a bowl, with its suspension point located at the edge of the base. Inside the basket is an upholstered insert in the form of an open shell. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the recreational basket, Fig. 2 - a side view of the recreational basket, Fig. 3 - a rear view of the recreational basket, Fig. 4 - a photo of the recreational basket in a front view, Fig. 5 - a side view of the recreational basket, and Fig. 6 - a photo of the recreational basket in a rear view. A significant feature of the industrial design is that the recreational basket has a circular base, from the center of which an arc-shaped extension extends upward. The seat, flexibly suspended at the end of the extension, forms a basket in the form of a canopy. Inside the basket is an upholstered insert in the form of an open shell.
