Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac trójkata przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii oraz barwie zmierzajacych do celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia trójkat ostrzegawczy stanowiacy nowy wzór przemyslowy w widoku od czola a fig.2 stanowi widok z góry na trójkat ostrzegawczy, natomiast fig.3 jest barwnym zdjeciem trójkata oswietlonym swiatlem, przez co elementy odblaskowe wydaja sie emitowac swiatlo. Zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku trójkat ostrzegawczy jest utworzony z podstawy 1 w postaci krzyzaka z zagietymi w dól koncami, do którego przytwierdzona jest trójkatna czerwona ramka 2 z listwami odblaskowymi 3 umieszczonymi wzdluz jej boków iprzymocowanymi to tych boków a w górnym narozu trójkata ostrzegawczego jest przymocowana prostokatna lampa odblaskowa 4, jak przedstawiono na fig. 1 -fig.3. The industrial design is a warning triangle intended to be placed on the road to warn other drivers of an obstacle on the road located behind the warning triangle. The essence of the decorative design is a new form of the triangle, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and color, all of which serve aesthetic purposes. The industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the warning triangle constituting the new industrial design from the front, Fig. 2 is a top view of the warning triangle, and Fig. 3 is a color photograph of the triangle illuminated by light, making the reflective elements appear to emit light. According to the industrial design and as shown in the attached drawing, the warning triangle is made of a base 1 in the form of a cross with the ends bent downwards, to which a triangular red frame 2 is attached with reflective strips 3 placed along its sides and attached to these sides, and in the upper corner of the warning triangle a rectangular reflective lamp 4 is attached, as shown in Fig. 1 - Fig. 3.
