Description

1 przedstawia widok urzadzenia, a fig. Fundament p z boczny¬ mi scianami q i r (fig. PLConcrete with pre-stressed rebar is known as pre-prestressed concrete, and there are devices with which the rebars are stretched. The characteristic features of these devices are spindles, screws, hydraulic presses, levers, etc., by means of which the axial displacement of the thrust bearings, in which the inserts are mounted, achieves the desired stress. The magnitude of the obtained tensile stresses is considerable. , however, they must be determinable and measurable quantities. The magnitude of the stress has hitherto been measured with a suitable device or also on the basis of the elongation of the inserts achieved. According to the invention, the tension is achieved with a gauge weight, as with a scale, which also determines the magnitude of the stress. The invention consists in combining the induction of tension with its measurement in one working cycle. The device and its operation are shown in the drawing, with Fig. 1 showing the device, and Fig. 2 showing the lever pivotally connected to the base by means of an axis. According to the invention, a sliding weight i is placed on the lever a which, depending on the distance to the pivot point of the axle, acts on the lever and thus the lever frame moves downwards. With this movement, a second axis guided by the levers a or attached to it moves downwards in an arc around the axis b. To the axis d are attached connecting devices /, h, having, for example, the shape of a loop. The connecting element / is fixed at one end to the base c screw e. The connecting piece h is placed on the screws e, g, fixed to the base. The bolts e, g and the way they are guided are needed to convert the rotational axis d and the bolt e into a horizontal movement of the bolt g. The downward movement of the lever a takes place so long that the weight acting here is balanced with the resistance of tensile strength of stressed load inserts. Since the load can be selected and determined, and due to the possibility of shifting the weight and the lever, also the distance of the load from axis 6, that is, the ratio of the distance of the load center of gravity from axis 6 to the axis distance b from axis d, we can determine any load and any tensile force, and to read it has a ky line placed on the lever a. The screw g moves in the horizontal direction. This horizontal movement is the immediate cause of stress on the inserts, as there are lugs for the inserts at the g-bolt. The foundation p with side walls q and r (Fig. 2) serves to arrange the mold in which the concrete element is to be made. The side s of the wall r is attached to the device according to the invention. An axis from the disc u passes through the wall r. The axis t and the disc u rotate around the longitudinal axis. The shaft has a side groove through which the bolts or rods can be threaded. The rods x are attached to the bolt g (Fig. 1), which moves horizontally and to which the fasteners are attached. ¬ mounted. The handles n in the form of a fork are also connected to bolts or rods. The handles n, passing through the notches in the disc u, hold the individual reinforcement inserts w, guided through the tensioning rollers by means of the pin y. As the screw g (Fig. 1) moves in the horizontal direction, both the handles n and the tensioning rollers move in the same direction, and with them the reinforcement is stretched, which is permanently attached at the other end of the mold. In order to save energy, or to allow different groups of inserts to have different stresses, the axis of the disc is rotatable so that the individual rollers and thus the individual groups of inserts can be gripped in turn. In order that after achieving a balance between the resistance of the inserts and the load, the load can be relieved, the handles of the new Uj of those killed in the cut of the handle n are wedged in the disc, which, together with the axis, is not movable. 2, running on rails on the foundation p, in order to adapt the device to different length of the inserts. The carriage 2 also has the task of fixing the other end of the element mold, it being possible for the mold to rotate around its longitudinal axis, e.g. by inserting the head into the tube 3 fixed in the carriage 2 so that it cannot move in direction of its axis, while it may rotate about its longitudinal axis.
