Wynalazek dotyczy środka leczniczego na bazie co najmniej jednego wrażliwego na utlenianie gestagenu lub jego farmaceutycznie dopuszczalnej soli, w postaci półstałej do podawania przezskórnego. Środek leczniczy zawiera kwas askorbinowy, jego farmaceutycznie dopuszczalną pochodną i/lub sól oraz odznacza się doskonałą trwałością. W szczególności opisano odpowiednie żele zawierające połączenie octanu noretysteronu i estradiolu.The invention relates to a medicament based on at least one oxidation-sensitive gestagen or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, in a semi-solid form for transdermal administration. The medicament contains ascorbic acid, its pharmaceutically acceptable derivative and/or salt and has excellent stability. In particular, suitable gels containing a combination of norethisterone acetate and estradiol are described.
