Wyrób podrobowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od 7 marca 2002r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrób podrobowy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal zilustrowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym, fig. 1 - przedstawia wyrób w widoku perspektywicznym z widoczna czescia wewnetrzna oraz na zalaczonej fotografii, fig.2 - ilustrujacej wyrób w calosci oraz po przekrojeniu.Wyrób podrobowy, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest uksztaltowany w formie wydluzonej bryly 1, która w przekroju poprzecznym ma zarys zblizony do polowy owalu. Górna powierzchnia 2 bloku ma fakture przypominajaca w swej formie karbowania, utworzone z rozmieszczonych jeden obok drugiego rowków 3. Wewnetrzna powierzchnia bloku jest ciemno brazowa z jasniejszymi plamami. Plamy zostaly utworzone poprzez umieszczenie w miesnej masie 4 ozorów 5. The subject of the industrial design is an ornamental design. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the item, manifested in its shape and surface properties, suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the design is illustrated in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the product in a perspective view with the internal part visible, and in the attached photograph, Fig. 2, illustrating the product in its entirety and after cross-section. The ornamental design, in accordance with the industrial design, is shaped as an elongated solid 1, which in cross-section has an outline close to half an oval. The upper surface 2 of the block has a texture resembling corrugations, formed by adjacent grooves 3. The inner surface of the block is dark brown with lighter spots.
