Abstract

Roller shutters casing comprises a front wall on the outer side of a building, an upper casing wall, a rear wall on the inner side of the building, a base wall, and two side walls positioning the winding shaft. The casing walls are made of rectangular hollow plastic profiles (1, 2, 6) fitted together at their edges. The upper casing wall is divided in the transverse direction into at least two rectangular partial walls which slide into each in the transverse direction and are locked in the desired end position so that the casing depth can be continuously adapted to different wall thicknesses. The depth of the base wall and the two side walls can also be adjusted to the wall thickness. Preferred Features: The upper casing wall is divided into three partial walls. The two outer partial walls attached to the front and rear walls are fixed in the end position on the inner middle partial wall.
