Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element oswietleniowy samochodowy. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac elementu oswietleniowego samochodowego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, ukladzie linii i powierzchni. Wzór elementu oswietleniowego samochodowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia element oswietleniowy samochodowy w postaci migacza przedniego w widoku od dolu, fig. 2 przedstawia element oswietleniowy samochodowy w postaci migacza przedniego w widoku z boku, fig. 3 przedstawia element oswietleniowy samochodowy w postaci migacza przedniego w widoku od przodu. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the automotive lighting element, manifested in its shape, line arrangement, and surface. The design of the automotive lighting element is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the automotive lighting element in the form of a front turn signal from below; Fig. 2 shows the automotive lighting element in the form of a front turn signal from a side view; and Fig. 3 shows the automotive lighting element in the form of a front turn signal from the front. The automotive lighting element according to the model is characterized in that it is in the form of a front indicator which, in a side view, has a shape similar to a triangle, from which a rectangular arm with a different surface texture extends towards the rear, ending with a narrower projection and having a stepped protrusion on the side and a parallelogram outline at the side of the triangle, while in a bottom view, it has an outline similar to a trapezoid with rounded corners and a flange with a different texture widening towards the rear, and from the front, it has a trapezoid outline with a triangular side wall and a rectangular upper wall with a different texture. The essential features of the industrial design are that the automotive lighting element is in the form of a front blinker, which, when viewed from the side, has a shape similar to a triangle, from which extends towards the rear a rectangular arm with a different surface texture, ending with a narrower projection and having a stepped protrusion on the side and a parallelogram outline at the side of the triangle, while when viewed from below, it has an outline similar to a trapezoid with rounded corners and a flange with a different texture widening towards the rear, and from the front, it has a trapezoid outline with a triangular side wall and a rectangular top wall with a different texture, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 1, 2, 3.
