Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest wyrzynarka. Wyrzynarka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego odróznia sie od znanych tego typu recznych narzedzi elektrycznych nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postacia i oryginalnoscia, przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, ksztaltu i konturów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach (fig. 1 do fig. 7) i na fotografiach (fig. 8 do fig. 10) majacych na celu lepsze zobrazowanie wzoru, przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia wyrzynarke w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z przodu, fig. 2 - wyrzynarke w widoku z boku, fig. 3 - wyrzynarke w widoku od przodu, fig. 4 - wyrzynarke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig. 5 - wyrzynarke w widoku od dolu, fig. 6 - wyrzynarke w widoku od tylu, fig. 7 - wyrzynarke w widoku z góry, fig. 8 - wyrzynarke w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z przodu, fig. 9 - wyrzynarke w stanie przechylonym, w widoku perspektywicznym z boku i z przodu, a fig. 10 - wyrzynarke z zamontowanym przymiarem liniowym, w widoku perspektywicznym. Wyrzynarka sklada sie z korpusu oraz ze znajdujacejsie u dolu pod korpusem, polaczonej z nim za pomoca czesci posredniej, zamocowanej przechylnie wzgledem korpusu prowadnicy o plaskim spodzie, majacej z przodu wyciecie, przez które wystaje ku dolowi ostrze skrawajace. Przednia czesc korpusu wznosi sie w przyblizeniu prostopadle wzgledem jego dolnej powierzchni, przechodzac u góry w poziomy, podluzny reczny uchwyt, który w swej tylnej czesci opada ukosnie ku tylowi, laczac sie z tylnym koncem korpusu, tak ze pomiedzy dolna powierzchnia uchwytu i górna powierzchnia srodkowej czesci korpusu istnieje przelotowe okno. Z bocznej, ryflowanej czesciowo powierzchni uchwytu, w jego przedniej poziomej czesci wystaje okragly przycisk, zas na bocznej powierzchni korpusu, w jej przedniej dolnej czesci, znajduje sie wglebienie o w przyblizeniu ksztalcie trójkata prostokatnego, którego przeciwprostokatna stanowi luk wypukly, wewnatrz którego to wglebienia znajduje sie obrotowy przelacznik o ksztalcie, w widoku z boku, wydluzonego prostokata. W srodkowej czesci korpusu znajduje sie plytkie wglebienie, którego powierzchnia ma ksztalt trapezu o podstawach równoleglych do dolnej i górnej powierzchni korpusu, a po bokach trapezowego wglebienia, z przodu i z tylu, wykonane sa w powierzchni korpusu rzedy podluznych, w przyblizeniu wzajemnie równoleglych otworów, przy czym otwory znajdujace sie z przodu sa otworami stosunkowo krótkimi, opadajacymi ukosnie do dolu w kierunku ku trapezowemu wglebieniu,' zas otwory znajdujace sie z tylu sa otworami opadajacymi ukosnie ku tylowi równolegle dosasiadujacego boku trapezowej powierzchni wglebienia. Ponadto w powierzchni bocznej korpusu w poblizu jej dolnej krawedzi znajduje sie podluzne wglebienie o dwóch podluznych bokach równoleglych do dolnej krawedzi powierzchni bocznej korpusu i zakonczone na obu krótkich koncach lukami. Z tylnej powierzchni korpusu, u jego dolu, wystaje walcowa nakladka. Z przodu wyrzynarki na prowadnicy zamontowany jest w uchwytach, poprzecznie do osi wzdluznej korpusu, przymiar liniowy o ksztalcie plaskownika, który z jednego konca zagiety jest z powrotem ku drugiemu koncowi. Na powierzchni plytkiego trapezowego wglebienia w powierzchni bocznej korpusu korzystnie znajduja sie znaki literowo-graficzne w postaci napisu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego przejawiaja sie w tym, ze wyrzynarka sklada sie z korpusu oraz ze znajdujacej sie u dolu pod korpusem, polaczonej z nim za pomoca czesci posredniej, zamocowanej przechylnie wzgledem korpusu prowadnicy o plaskim spodzie, majacej z przodu wyciecie przez które wystaje ku dolowi ostrze skrawajace. Przednia czesc korpusu wznosi sie w przyblizeniu prostopadle wzgledem jego dolnej powierzchni, przechodzac u góry w poziomy, podluzny reczny uchwyt, który w swej tylnej czesci opada ukosnie ku tylowi, laczac sie z tylnym koncem korpusu, tak ze pomiedzy dolna powierzchnia uchwytu i górna powierzchnia srodkowej czesci korpusu istnieje przelotowe okno. Z bocznej, ryflowanej powierzchni uchwytu, w jego przedniej poziomej czesci wystaje okragly przycisk, zas na bocznejpowierzchni korpusu, w jej przedniej dolnej czesci, znajduje sie wglebienie o w przyblizeniu ksztalcie trójkata prostokatnego, którego przeciwprostokatna stanowi luk wypukly, wewnatrz którego to wglebienia znajduje sie obrotowy przelacznik o ksztalcie, w widoku z boku, wydluzonego prostokata. W srodkowej czesci korpusu znajduje sie plytkie wglebienie, którego powierzchnia ma ksztalt trapezu o podstawach równoleglych do dolnej i górnej powierzchni korpusu, a po bokach trapezowego wglebienia, z przodu i z tylu, wykonane sa w powierzchni korpusu rzedy podluznych, w przyblizeniu wzajemnie równoleglych otworów, przy czym otwory znajdujace sie z przodu sa otworami stosunkowo krótkimi, opadajacymi ukosnie do dolu w kierunku ku trapezowemu wglebieniu, zas otwory znajdujace sie z tylu sa otworami opadajacymi ukosnie ku tylowi równolegle do sasiadujacego boku trapezowej powierzchni wglebienia. Ponadto w powierzchni bocznej korpusu w poblizu jej dolnej krawedzi znajduje sie podluzne wglebienie o dwóch podluznych bokach równoleglych do dolnej krawedzi powierzchni bocznej korpusu i zakonczone na obu krótkich koncach lukami. Z tylnej powierzchni korpusu, u jego dolu, wystaje walcowa nakladka. Z przodu wyrzynarki na prowadnicy zamontowany jest w uchwytach, poprzecznie do osi wzdluznej korpusu, przymiar liniowy o ksztalcie plaskownika, który z jednego konca zagiety jest z powrotem ku drugiemu koncowi. The jigsaw, as registered in the industrial design, is distinguished from similarly known hand-held electric tools by its new and individual form and originality, manifested in the characteristics of its lines, shape, and contours. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings (fig. 1 to fig. 7) and photographs (fig. 8 to fig. 10) intended to better illustrate the design, wherein fig. 1 shows the jigsaw in a perspective view from the side and front, fig. 2 - the jigsaw in a side view, fig. 3 - the jigsaw in a front view, fig. 4 - the jigsaw in a view from the other side, fig. 5 - the jigsaw in a view from below, fig. 6 - the jigsaw in a back view, fig. 7 - the jigsaw in a top view, fig. 8 - the jigsaw in a perspective view from the side and front, fig. 9 - the jigsaw in a tilted state, in a perspective view from the side and front, and fig. 10 - the jigsaw with a mounted ruler, in a perspective view. The jigsaw consists of a body and a flat-bottomed guide, located at the bottom of the body and connected to it by an intermediate part, pivotally mounted relative to the body and having a recess in the front through which the cutting blade protrudes downward. The front of the body rises approximately perpendicularly to its lower surface, transitioning at the top into a horizontal, elongated hand grip, the rear of which slopes diagonally backward, connecting with the rear end of the body, so that a through-hole exists between the lower surface of the grip and the upper surface of the central part of the body. A round button protrudes from the side, partially grooved surface of the handle, in its front horizontal part, and on the side surface of the body, in its front lower part, there is a recess approximately in the shape of a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is a convex arc, inside which recess there is a rotary switch in the shape of an elongated rectangle, when viewed from the side. In the central part of the body is a shallow recess, the surface of which is trapezoidal with bases parallel to the lower and upper surfaces of the body. On the sides of the trapezoidal recess, at the front and rear, rows of elongated, approximately parallel holes are made in the body surface. The holes at the front are relatively short, sloping downward obliquely towards the trapezoidal recess, while the holes at the rear are sloping backward obliquely parallel to the adjacent side of the trapezoidal recess. Furthermore, in the lateral surface of the body, near its lower edge, is an elongated recess with two elongated sides parallel to the lower edge of the lateral surface of the body and terminating in arcs at both short ends. A cylindrical cap protrudes from the rear surface of the body at its bottom. At the front of the jigsaw, a flat-shaped ruler is mounted on the guide rail in holders, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the body, bent back at one end towards the other. A shallow trapezoidal recess in the side of the body preferably features lettering and graphic symbols in the form of an inscription. The essential features of the industrial design are that the jigsaw consists of a body and a flat-bottomed guide rail, located at the bottom of the body and connected to it by an intermediate part, tilted relative to the body. The guide rail has a recess in the front through which the cutting blade protrudes downward. The front of the body rises approximately perpendicular to its lower surface, transitioning at the top into a horizontal, elongated handgrip, which descends obliquely rearward in its rear section, connecting with the rear end of the body, so that a through window exists between the lower surface of the grip and the upper surface of the central part of the body. A circular button protrudes from the lateral, grooved surface of the grip, in its front horizontal section, while on the lateral surface of the body, in its lower front section, is a recess approximately in the shape of a right-angled triangle, the hypotenuse of which is a convex arc, within which recess is a rotary switch, in the shape of an elongated rectangle, when viewed from the side. In the central part of the body is a shallow recess, the surface of which is trapezoidal with bases parallel to the lower and upper surfaces of the body. On the sides of the trapezoidal recess, at the front and rear, rows of elongated, approximately parallel holes are made in the body surface. The holes at the front are relatively short, sloping downward diagonally towards the trapezoidal recess, while the holes at the rear are sloping backward diagonally parallel to the adjacent side of the trapezoidal recess surface. Furthermore, in the lateral surface of the body, near its lower edge, is an elongated recess with two elongated sides parallel to the lower edge of the lateral surface of the body and terminating in arcs at both short ends. A cylindrical cap protrudes from the rear surface of the body at its bottom. At the front of the jigsaw, a flat-shaped ruler is mounted on the guide in holders, perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the body, with one end bent back towards the other.
