Description

Zastosowanie nowoczesnych maszyn do urabia¬ nia wegla wytworzylo potrzebe usuniecia stojaków w wyrobiskach górniczych. Ostatnio wiec zapro¬ ponowano obudowe wiszaca, zamocowana w stro¬ pie wyrobiska, np. za pomoca odpowiednich kotw w postaci srub klinujacych, osadzonych w otwo¬ rach stropu wyrobiska. 1 przedstawiono rzut poziomy obudowy wyrobiska chodnikowego, fig. 2 — prze¬ krój poprzeczny tego wyrobiska, fig. 3 — jego przekrój podluzny, fig. 4 — rzut poziomy obudo¬ wy wyrobiska scianowego, fig. 5 i 6 przedstawiaja przekroje poprzeczny i podluzny takiego wyrobi¬ ska, a na fig. 7 i 8 — widoki kotwy i rozwidlenia sworznia. Dolne konce kotw I sa zgrubione i zaopatrzone w odpowiednie otwo¬ ry * (fig. Poszczególne czesci obudowy stanowia: stropnice 7 z szyn (fig. 1 i 4), kotwy 1 (fig. 2, 3, 5, 6), lina 8 (fig. 1 — 6) i rozwidlony sworzen 4 (fig. 8).W stropie obudowywanych chodników wierci sie maszynowo otwory dla kotew, wszystkie inne czyn¬ nosci wykonuje sie recznie, a podciagi linowe nacia¬ ga sie kleszczami. PL PLThe use of modern coal-cutting machinery has created the need to remove props in mine workings. Recently, a hanging support has been proposed, secured to the workings' roof, for example, using suitable anchors in the form of wedge bolts embedded in holes in the workings' roof. * Such anchors are relatively complex and expensive, and securing them to the workings' roof requires the use of appropriate tools, considerable time, and the miner's attention; This is undesirable when working in mines, as the miner must quickly build a support without having to constantly pay attention to the imminent danger of the roof collapsing. The present invention aims to eliminate the above-mentioned inconveniences. According to this invention, roof bars made of rails of various profiles, provided at the ends with 200 mm long channel iron with welded discs, constitute iron beams, fastened to the ends of thickened iron rods arranged in holes in the roof drilled at an obtuse angle; these rod-shaped anchors are provided with notches at the ends. When the roof trusses are installed, the anchors are tensioned, which creates a sufficient friction force to prevent the anchors from slipping out under the action of load. Figure 1 shows a horizontal view of the roadway lining, Figure 2 shows a cross-section of this working, Figure 3 shows its longitudinal section, Figure 4 shows a horizontal view of the longwall lining, Figures 5 and 6 show cross-sections and longitudinal sections of such a working, and Figures 7 and 8 show views of the anchor and the pin fork. As can be seen from the drawing, the anchors in the form of rods (Figures 2, 7) are provided with friction rings at their ends in order to increase the friction coefficient. them in holes drilled in the roof at an obtuse angle of 25-30° to the sides, with the axes of these holes, i.e. the anchors, being located in one plane or in different planes, depending on the arrangement and structure of the geological layers of the roof of the excavation. The lower ends of the anchors I are thickened and provided with appropriate holes * (fig. 7) for mounting the pin 4 and with a foot £ which, after mounting the canopy, creates a recess with an acute angle under the canopy for placing the zigzag-shaped rope S. In order to obtain a zigzag line of stays made of ropes 8, a circle 12 is welded to each canopy (fig. 4). The ends of the pins 4 constitute a wedge-shaped fork 5 (fig. 8), provided on the inside with appropriate notches in the form of file cuts in order to increase the friction of the rope mounted in the fork of this pin and to keep it in a state of tension. The individual parts of the housing are: canopy 7 made of rails (fig. 1 and 4), anchors 1 (fig. 2, 3, 5, 6), rope 8 (fig. 1 — 6) and forked pin 4 (fig. 8). Holes for anchors are drilled in the ceiling of the galleries being lined, all other operations are performed manually, and the rope stays are tensioned with tongs. When installing support in longwall workings, holes are drilled with a drill hammer from supports, and the roof beams 7 (Fig. 4), resting on the rope stays of the adjacent working, are moved manually onto new rope stays 9 and 10, which are guided by a Kombajn Dombass type reclaimer shown schematically in Fig. 6. The removal of coal mined on the longwalls is carried out by means of a scraper conveyor II (Fig. 4). As can be seen from the above, the individual parts of the support are distinguished by a very simple construction: required by the working conditions at the bottom; the anchors can be fixed in holes drilled in the working roof using only an ordinary drill hammer; To construct the roof beams, rails previously used for wall shoring can be used, and rails with a smaller profile can be used for gallery shoring. Old, faulty ropes with a diameter of 16-20 mm are used as stays for gallery shoring, while healthy ropes with unbroken wires and a diameter of 20-24 mm are used for wall shoring. The cost of shoring the gallery excavations is reduced by about 50% compared to previous methods due to the savings in wood, and with wall shoring, productivity is increased by one wall cycle per day without significant effort. This reduces production costs by about 30% and significantly improves safety, as the use of rope stays prevents a sudden ceiling collapse.
