Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest lampa zewnetrzn montowana na scianie bocznej karetki pogotowia, do oswietlania przestrzeni roboczej przy drzwiach ladunkowych. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac lampy przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, gladkosci powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na fotografiach, które na kolejnych figurach przedstawiaja : fig. 1 - lampe w widoku perspektywicznym a fig. 2 - lampe w widoku z boku. Lampe zewnetrzna karetki pogotowia wedlug wzoru zdobniczego stanowi skrzynkowa obudowa w postaci przenikajacych sie pod katem dwóch prostokatnych bryl o zaokraglonych narozach i krawedziach, przy czym sciana tylna obudowy, przylegajaca do sciany bocznej karetki, jest usytuowana w stosunku do czolowej otwartej powierzchni obudowy podkatem ok. 40 stopni. Wewnatrz obudowy umieszczony jest ruchomy wklad lampy zawierajacy elementy zródla i ukierunkowania swiatla, przy czym wklad osloniety jest od strony czolowej plaskim kloszem o zaokraglonych krawedziach dopasowanych do czarnej ramki wkladu lampy. Powierzchnia obudowy lampy stanowi odwzorowanie gladkiej wypolerowanej powierzchni formy w dowolnym kolorze dostosowanym do koloru sciany zewnetrznej karetki pogotowia. PL PLThe design registration right is valid from June 20, 2001. The design is for an exterior lamp mounted on the side wall of an ambulance to illuminate the workspace near the cargo door. The essence of the design is a new form of the lamp, manifested in its shape, surface smoothness, and color. The design is illustrated in the photographs, which in the following figures show: Fig. 1 - the lamp in perspective view, and Fig. 2 - the lamp in side view. The exterior ambulance lamp, as designed, is a box-shaped housing in the form of two intersecting rectangular shapes with rounded corners and edges. The rear wall of the housing, adjacent to the side wall of the ambulance, is positioned at an angle of approximately 40 degrees to the open front surface of the housing. Inside the housing is a movable lamp insert containing light source and direction elements. The insert is covered on the front by a flat lampshade with rounded edges matching the black frame of the lamp insert. The surface of the lamp housing is a reproduction of the smooth, polished surface of the mold in any color matched to the color of the exterior wall of the ambulance.
