Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest umywalka szklana, przedstawiona na rysunkach, fig. 1 do fig.4 Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie przedmiotu. Umywalka szklana jest w calosci utworzona w plycie szklanej. Jej blat jest plaska plyta szklana o grubosci co najmniej 10 mm o ksztaltowym obrzezu, otaczajacym mise umywalki. Misa umywalki jest uksztaltowana wglebnie w tej plycie a umywalka ma na swym blacie obok misy sercowate wglebienia na mydlo, z odplywem do misy umywalki. Jedna z odmian umywalki ma w tylnej srodkowej czesci wystep w ksztalcie scietego ostroslupa, wystajacego ponad blat swa mniejsza podstawa, stanowiac podwyzszenie dla baterii umywalkowej. Gprna powierzchnia umywalki ma polysk charakterystyczny dla szkla, a spód umywalki jest pokryty farba, nadajaca umywalce barwe jednolita dla calego, przezroczystego wyrobu szklanego. Umywalka, moze byc wsparta na tradycyjnych podporach z katowników, moze byc wsparta na zabudowanej pod nia szafce o ksztalcie dostosowanym do ksztaltu blatu umywalki lub ma dwie podpory mocujace w postaci wygietych pasków szklanych o grubosci co najmniej 10 mm, opasujacych mise umywalki. Te podpory w widoku z góry posiadaja ksztalt zblizony do litery J po prawej stronie umywalki a jej lustrzanego odbicia po lewej stronie umywalki, jak pokazano na fig. 3 i maja zewnetrzne powierzchnie o szklistym polysku a wewnetrzne sa pokryte farba w kolorze umywalki. Poprzeczki liter J posiadaja otwory mocujace umywalke do sciany, zas pozostala czesc podpór otacza mise umywalki pod jej blatem z obu boków, a przednia czesc misy miedzy podporami pozostaje nieoslonieta. Górne boki podpór sa oparciem dla blatu umywalki. Te giete podpory szklane umywalki moga tez miec prosty odcinek odgiety pod katem do pólki mocujacej przebiegajacy wzdluz boku misy umywalki, przy czym kat odgiecia tego odcinka jest zalezny od ksztaltu misy i w widoku od dolu pólki tworza litere L na jednym boku umywalki i jej lustrzane odbicie na drugim boku,jak pokazano na fig.4, zas kat pomiedzy poprzeczka litery L a jej ramieniem moze wynosic od okolo 70 do 140°. Umywalka bedaca przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego ma dwie odmiany. Pierwsza odmiana umywalki ma mise, która na styku z blatem jest kolem lub owalem, ma wystep na baterie na styku z krawedzia misy i dwa sercowate wglebienia na mydlo, których wierzcholki lacza sie promieniowo z misa, a blat ma ksztalt trapezu o dluzszym boku równoleglym z przodu umywalki, jak pokazano na fig. 1 . Druga odmiana umywalki ma blat, który jest pólkolem z przodu umywalki, przechodzacym w prostokat w tylnej czesci, zas dwa sercowate wglebienia na mydlo lacza sie promieniowo swymi wierzcholkami z misa w ksztalcie ziarna fasoli o wkleslej linii z tylu umywalki, jak pokazano na fig.2. The essence of the industrial design is reflected in the shape and appearance of the object. The glass washbasin is formed entirely of a glass plate. Its countertop is a flat glass plate, at least 10 mm thick, with a shaped rim surrounding the washbasin bowl. The washbasin bowl is recessed into this plate, and the washbasin has heart-shaped recesses on its countertop next to the bowl for soap, with a drain into the washbasin bowl. One version of the washbasin has a truncated pyramid-shaped projection in the central rear section, protruding above the countertop with its smaller base, providing a raised base for the washbasin faucet. The washbasin's top surface has a gloss characteristic of glass, and the underside is coated with paint, giving the washbasin a uniform color throughout the transparent glass. The washbasin can be supported by traditional angle brackets, supported by a built-in cabinet shaped to match the washbasin countertop, or has two mounting supports in the form of curved glass strips at least 10 mm thick that encircle the washbasin bowl. These supports, viewed from above, are shaped similarly to the letter J on the right side of the washbasin and mirrored on the left, as shown in Figure 3. They have exterior surfaces with a glassy gloss, and interior surfaces coated with paint in the same color as the washbasin. The J-shaped crossbars have holes for securing the washbasin to the wall, while the remaining supports surround the washbasin bowl beneath its countertop on both sides, leaving the front of the bowl uncovered between the supports. The upper sides of the supports support the washbasin countertop. These curved glass washbasin supports may also have a straight section bent at an angle to the mounting shelf, running along the side of the washbasin bowl. The angle of this section depends on the shape of the bowl. When viewed from below, the shelves form the letter L on one side of the washbasin and its mirror image on the other side, as shown in Fig. 4. The angle between the L-shaped crossbar and its arm may range from approximately 70 to 140°. The washbasin that is the subject of the industrial design has two varieties. The first type of washbasin has a bowl that is circular or oval at the point of contact with the countertop, a faucet projection at the point of contact with the edge of the washbasin, and two heart-shaped soap recesses whose apices connect radially with the bowl, and the countertop is trapezoidal in shape with the longer side parallel at the front of the washbasin, as shown in Fig. 1. The second type of washbasin has a countertop that is semicircular at the front of the washbasin, becoming rectangular at the rear, and the two heart-shaped soap recesses connect radially at their apices with a bean-shaped bowl with a concave line at the rear of the washbasin, as shown in Fig. 2. Essential Features of the Industrial Design 1. The glass washbasin has a countertop consisting of a flat glass plate at least 10 mm thick with a shaped rim surrounding the washbasin bowl, recessed into the plate. The washbasin has heart-shaped soap recesses on its countertop next to the bowl, with a drain into the washbasin bowl. The upper surface of the washbasin has a gloss characteristic of glass, while the underside of the washbasin is coated with paint that gives the washbasin a uniform color throughout the transparent glass product, as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1 to Fig. 2. 2. The washbasin has two mounting supports in the form of curved glass strips of at least 10 mm thickness surrounding the sides of the washbasin bowl and that these supports have external surfaces with a glassy sheen and internal surfaces are coated with paint in the colour of the washbasin. The supports, when viewed from above, have a shape similar to the letter J or L on one side of the washbasin and its mirror image on the other side of the washbasin, wherein the crossbars of the letters J or L have holes for securing the washbasin to the wall, while the remaining part of the supports surrounds the sides of the washbasin bowl under its countertop, and the front part of the bowl remains uncovered between the supports, and in the case of an L-shape, the angle between the crossbar of the letter L and its arm may be from approximately 70 to 140°, as shown in the attached drawings, fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4. 3.
