Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka przeznaczona dla na- pojów alkoholowych, pachnidel lub innych plynnych towarów luksusowych. Znane sa butelki o róznorodnych ksztaltach i proporcjach, z korpusami cylindrycznymi, prostopadlosciennymi, rozszerzajacymi sie ku górze lub w kierunku dna, o przekroju eliptycznym, kulistymi, a takze o nieregularnych ksztaltach. Znane sa równiez butelki mocno splaszczone, przeznaczone dla napojów alkoholowych - tzw. piersiówki. Znane sa równiez butelki o ozdob- nej fakturze i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Cechy nowosci i oryginalnosci nadaje butelce wedlug obecnego wzoru przemyslowego uksztaltowanie jej korpusu, szyjki, polaczenia szyjki z kor- pusem oraz zamkniecia, jak równiez ornamenty tloczone na korpusie butelki oraz barwa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zobrazowany zostal na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia butelke ozdobna we- dlug obecnego wzoru przemyslowego z jednobarwnego szkla, Fig. 2 przed- stawia dwubarwna wersje butelki przedstawionej na Fig. 1, Fig. 3 przedsta- wia odmiane butelki ozdobnej wedlug obecnego wzoru przemyslowego z jednobarwnego szkla, Fig. 4 przedstawia dwubarwna wersje butelki przed- stawionej na Fig. 3. Butelka wedlug obecnego wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiona na materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. 1 ma korpus w ksztalcie odwróconego ostro- slupa scietego na planie wydluzonego prostokata, o niewielkiej róznicy wy- miarów podstawy dolnej i górnej, ze sfazowanymi krawedziami pionowymi oraz sfazowanymi krawedziami dna i podstawy górnej, uksztaltowanej z ko- lei w formie plaskiego ostroslupa scietego przechodzacego w cylindryczna szyjke, w waleczkami oddzielajacymi szyjke od korpusu oraz szyjke od na- kretki. Szersze scianki boczne korpusu: przednia i tylna, sa delikatnie wy- brzuszone. Nakretka jest plytka, z rowkowana cylindryczna powierzchnia boczna i plaska powierzchnia górna z nieznacznym obwodowym uskokiem. Na scianie przedniej, centralnie w górnej jej czesci znajduje sie relief w ksztalcie dziewiecioczlonowej korony otwartej. Wnetrze otoku korony jest przyciemnione. Butelka jest wykonana z jednobarwnego szkla przezroczy- stego, a szklo ma korzystnie barwe biala. 2. Na Fig. 2 na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiona jest dwubarwna wersja butelki opisanej wyzej w pkt. 1. Butelka jest wykonana ze szkla przezroczystego, przy czym w dolnej polowie korpusu szklo ma barwe czerwona, a w szyjce oraz w górnej polowie korpusu - biala, zas wnetrze otoku reliefowej korony jest barwy szaro-niebiesko-zielone. 3. Na Fig. 3 na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiona jest odmiana butelki opisanej wyzej w pkt. 1 i pokazanej na Fig. 1. Korpus bu- telki ma wszystkie scianki boczne plaskie. Butelka jest wykonana z jedno-barwnego szkla przezroczystego. Wnetrze otoku reliefowej korony jest przy- ciemnione. Szklo ma korzystnie barwe biala. 4. Na Fig. 4 na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym przedstawiona jest dwubarwna wersja butelki opisanej wyzej w pkt. 3 i pokazanej na Fig. 3. Butelka jest wykonana ze szkla przezroczystego, przy czym w dolnej polowie korpusu szklo ma barwe czerwona, a w szyjce oraz w górnej polowie korpusu - biala, zas wnetrze otoku reliefowej korony jest barwy szaro-niebiesko-zie- lone. PL PLThe subject of an industrial design is a bottle intended for alcoholic beverages, perfumes, or other liquid luxury goods. Bottles of various shapes and proportions are known, with cylindrical bodies, cuboids, bodies that flare upwards or downwards, with elliptical cross-sections, spherical bottles, and even irregular shapes. Also known are highly flattened bottles intended for alcoholic beverages—so-called hip flasks. Bottles with decorative textures and surface properties are also known. The shape of the body, neck, the neck-to-body connection, and closure, as well as the embossed ornaments and color, give the bottle its novelty and originality, according to the current industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows a decorative bottle according to the current industrial design made of single-color glass, Fig. 2 shows a two-color version of the bottle shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 3 shows a variation of the decorative bottle according to the current industrial design made of single-color glass, Fig. 4 shows a two-color version of the bottle shown in Fig. 3. In all figures of the illustrative material, figure a) shows the bottle in a top view, figure b) shows the same bottle in a side view, figure c) shows the same bottle in a front view, and figure d) shows the same bottle in a three-quarter view from the front, which provides the necessary information to reproduce the design. The subsequent figures 1-4 show the current industrial design and its three variations. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The bottle according to the current industrial design shown in illustrative material Fig. 1 has a body in the shape of an inverted truncated pyramid on an elongated rectangular plan, with a slight difference in the dimensions of the lower and upper base, with chamfered vertical edges and chamfered edges of the bottom and upper base, which in turn is shaped like a flat truncated pyramid transitioning into a cylindrical neck, with cylinders separating the neck from the body and the neck from the cap. The wider side walls of the body: front and rear, are slightly bulging. The cap is shallow, with a grooved cylindrical side surface and a flat top surface with a slight circumferential step. On the front wall, centrally in its upper part, there is a relief in the shape of a nine-part open crown. The inside of the crown rim is darkened. The bottle is made of single-color transparent glass, preferably white. 2. Fig. 2 in the attached illustrations shows a two-color version of the bottle described above in point 1. The bottle is made of transparent glass, with the glass in the lower half of the body being red and the glass in the neck and upper half of the body being white, while the inside of the relief crown rim is gray-blue-green. 3. Fig. 3 in the attached illustrations shows a variation of the bottle described above in point 1 and shown in Fig. 1. The body of the bottle has all flat side walls. The bottle is made of single-color transparent glass. The interior of the rim of the relief crown is darkened. The glass is preferably white. 4. Fig. 4 in the attached illustration shows a two-color version of the bottle described above in point 3 and shown in Fig. 3. The bottle is made of transparent glass, with the glass in the lower half of the body being red, and the glass in the neck and upper half of the body being white, while the interior of the rim of the relief crown is gray-blue-green.
