Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka z zamknieciem, wykonana z elastycznego tworzywa sztucznego, przeznaczona do napelniania artykulami spozywczymi, zwlaszcza ketchupem, musztarda itp. artykulami. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ukladzie linii, które nadaja butelce oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia butelke w widoku z przodu wraz z jej otwartym zamknieciem walcowym w przekroju pionowym, fig. 2 - te sama butelke w widoku z góry w kierunku strzalki „W", fig. 3 - te sama butelke z zamknieciem zamknietym w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - te sama butelke z zamknieciem zamknietym w widoku z góry, fig. 5 - fragment tej samej butelki przedstawiajacy szyjke zaopatrzona w dwa boczne zaczepy oraz jej glówke z gwintem dwukrotnym w widoku z przodu, fig. 6 - ten sam fragment butelki w widoku z góry, fig. 7 - samo zamkniecie butelki w widoku od spodu w kierunku strzalki „K" na fig. 1, a fig. 8-10 odmiane zamkniecia butelki, przy czym na fig. 8 pokazano fragment butelki z zamknieciem zamknietym o profilu zewnetrznym w ksztalcie dziesieciokata foremnego w widoku z przodu, fig. 9 - ten sam fragment butelki w widoku z góry, fig. 10 - ten sam fragment butelk i w widoku z boku. Butelke wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi korpus w postaci splaszczonej bryly z dnem zblizonym do profilu eliptycznego, majacym promieniowy kanalek usytuowany wzdluz jego osi dluzszej, przy czym korpus ten ma wyodrebniona pogrubiona podstawe oraz górna pogrubiona jego czesc przechodzaca w szyjke butelki, zakonczona glówka cylindryczna z zewnetrznym gwintem dwukrotnym, na która nakrecone jest zamkniecie butelki, skladajace sie z tulejowej zaslepionej dnem nakretki i osadzonego na niej kolpaka tulejowego równiez zaslepionego jednostronnie. Nakretka oraz kolpak zamkniecia polaczone sa z soba przegubowo za pomoca zawiasu elastycznego, przy czym wszystkie elementy tego zamkniecia tworza jeden monolit, a zawias w widoku z góry w stanie otwartym kolpaka ma ksztalt „kokardki" z dwoma szczelinami poprzecznymi, zas w stanie zamknietym maksztalt zblizony do trapezu z dwoma szczelinami pionowymi dochodzacymi do pobocznie nakretki i kolpaka. Zarówno wyodrebniona pogrubiona podstawa jak i górna pogrubiona czesc korpusu butelki w przekrojach poprzecznych maja zarysy zblizone do eliptycznych, natomiast srodkowa czesc tego korpusu w przekroju poprzecznym ma zarys zewnetrzny zblizony do elipsy ze scieciami na koncach jej osi dluzszej stanowiacymi elementy scian bocznych butelki. Odmiana butelki z zamknieciem przedstawiona na fig. 8-10 posiada zamkniecie, którego zarówno nakretka jak i kolpak w widoku z góry maja ksztalt dziesieciokata foremnego, przy czym ksztalt butelki tej odmiany jest identyczny jak w odmianie podstawowej przedstawionej na fig. 1-6 . The subject of the industrial design is presented in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a bottle in a front view with its open cylindrical closure in a vertical cross-section, Fig. 2 - the same bottle in a top view in the direction of the arrow "W", Fig. 3 - the same bottle with a closed closure in a side view, Fig. 4 - the same bottle with a closed closure in a top view, Fig. 5 - a fragment of the same bottle showing a neck provided with two side hooks and its head with a double thread in a front view, Fig. 6 - the same fragment of the bottle in a top view, Fig. 7 - the bottle closure itself in a bottom view in the direction of the arrow "K" in Fig. 1, and Figs. 8-10 show a variant of the bottle closure, where Fig. 8 shows a fragment of a bottle with a closed closure with an external profile in the shape of a regular decagon in a side view. from the front, Fig. 9 - the same fragment of the bottle in a top view, Fig. 10 - the same fragment of the bottle in a side view. The bottle according to the industrial design is a body in the form of a flattened solid with a bottom close to an elliptical profile, having a radial channel situated along its longer axis, this body having a separate thickened base and a thickened upper part passing into the bottle neck, ending with a cylindrical head with an external double thread, onto which is screwed a bottle closure consisting of a sleeve cap plugged with the bottom and a sleeve cap mounted on it, also plugged on one side. The cap and the closure cap are connected to each other by means of an articulated flexible hinge, with all the elements of this closure forming a single monolith, and the hinge, seen from above in the open state of the cap, has a "bow" shape with two transverse slots, while in the closed state it has a shape close to a trapezoid with two vertical slots reaching laterally to the cap and cap. Both the separated thickened base and the upper thickened part of the bottle body have cross-sectional outlines close to elliptical, while the central part of this body in cross-section has an external outline close to an ellipse with chamfers at the ends of its longer axis constituting elements of the side walls of the bottle. In the central part of the front and rear walls of the bottle there is a recess having, in a front view, an external outline formed by a parabola connected by smooth transitions with straight sections of the vertical edges of these walls, which in turn in the lower part are connected smoothly with a sector of a circle, constituting the upper edge of the bottle base, while in a side view, the side walls of the body form a convexity with a bilateral narrowing along the edge of the said recess, being its bottom, formed by two arc sections connected with each other by straight sections, whereby an element having a shape similar to a sector of a ring sharpened at the ends in a front view, and in a side view, a shape similar to a plano-convex lens, is adjacent to the upper edge of the body base with the outline of a sector of a circle by its central part. In addition, in the central part of both side walls of the bottle body there are oval recesses, and below them on the walls of the base of the body there are recesses with a parabolic outline, the arms of which meet the edges connecting the central straight section with the lower arc section of the bottom of the recesses on the front and rear walls of the bottle. In turn, the bottle neck in its upper part is finished with a horizontally situated ring, connected at the periphery of its opening to a head threaded with a double thread, wherein the ring has two hooks situated opposite each other, having in a top view the shape of quarter-cylindrical segments adjoining with one side the head of the bottle neck so that their straight segments lie in its axis of symmetry, and the external profile of this neck is formed by the upper part of the convex-concave side walls of the body, connected smoothly with its straight walls, and by the upper part of the concave front and rear walls of the body, connected by smooth transitions with further elements of its profile walls situated lower down. The bottle closure in a front view has the shape of a cylinder divided by a horizontal line into two elements, the lower one constituting the closure cap adheres to the upper surface of the horizontal ring element of the bottle neck, and the upper one constituting the closure cap is partially covered by a protective band being a section of the ring with recesses at its ends, which in turn covers the profile cut-out made on the side of the cap. The closure cap seen from the bottom in the direction of the "K" arrow has three concentrically located rings, i.e. the outer highest one, the middle one with a lower height provided with a double thread and an inner sealing ring with the lowest height, wherein between the outer and middle rings there are two catching ribs located diagonally opposite each other in its axis of symmetry, which in the closed state of the cap with the cap contact the catches located on the bottle neck ring. In turn, the upper bottom of the nut has a circumferential annular opening on the upper surface and, opposite its securing band, a profile opening adapted to the profile of the opening on the side surface of the cap, and in addition, this bottom is provided with an eccentrically located and offset outward sleeve with an outlet opening in the shape of a six-armed snowflake, wherein each of these arms has a rectangular shape in a top view, and in addition, this sleeve, when the cap is closed, is covered by a sleeve offset in its bottom as shown in the attached drawings Fig. 1-7. The bottle with closure variant shown in Figs. 8-10 has a closure whose cap and cap, when viewed from above, have the shape of a regular decagon, and the shape of the bottle of this variant is identical to that of the basic variant shown in Figs. 1-6. Essential features of the industrial design A bottle with a closure, which is a body with a nearly elliptical bottom, having a separate thickened base and an upper thickened part passing into a neck terminated by a horizontal ring element with a threaded cylindrical head, onto which a closure composed of a cap and a cap connected to each other by means of a flexible hinge is screwed, is characterized in that: 1. in the central part on the front and rear walls of the bottle there is a recess having, in a front view, an external outline formed by a parabola connected by smooth transitions with straight segments of the vertical edges of these walls, which in turn in the lower part are smoothly connected with a sector of a circle constituting the upper edge of the bottle base, while in a side view the side walls of the body form a convexity with a bilateral narrowing along the edge of the said recess, being its bottom, formed by two arc sections connected with each other by a straight section, whereby from the upper edge of the base of the body with the outline of a circular sector there is attached by a central part an element having a shape similar to a ring section sharpened at the ends in the front view, and in the side view a shape similar to a plano-convex lens, and furthermore in the central part of both side walls of the body of the bottle there are oval recesses, and below them on the walls of the body base there are recesses with a parabolic outline, the arms of which contact the edges connecting the central straight section with the lower arc section of the bottom of the recesses on the front and rear walls of the bottle, 2. the external profile of the bottle neck is formed by the upper part of the convex-concave side walls of the body connected smoothly with its straight walls and through the upper part of the concave front and rear walls of the body connected by smooth transitions with the lower located further elements of its profiled walls, 3. on the ring element of the bottle neck there are two hooks located opposite each other, having the shape of quarter-cylindrical segments in a top view, adhering with one side to the head of the bottle neck, so their straight segments lie in the axis of symmetry of this neck, while between the threaded ring of the closure cap and its outer ring there are two hooking ribs located diagonally in its axis of symmetry and opposite each other, which after screwing the closure onto the bottle are hooked to the segmented hooks of its neck, preventing the bottle closure cap from being unscrewed again, 4. on the outer surface the head of the bottle neck and the inner surface of the central ring of the bottle closure have double threads, 5. the sleeve of the cap bottom has an outlet opening having the shape of a six-armed snowflake in a top view, each of these arms having a rectangular shape, 6. the flexible hinge connecting the cap with the closure cap in a top view in the open state of the cap has the shape of a "bow" with two transverse slots, 7. the bottle variant with the closure has all the essential features of the bottle listed in points 1-6, while its closure in a top view has the shape of a regular decagon.
