Description

1 przedstawia glówna strone recepty a fig. 2 - przeciwna strone strone recepty. Wzdluz oddzielajacej linii 3 moze byc zamieszczony rysunek nozyczek i lub napis „odcinek dla pacjenta".Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a medical prescription. A well-known medical prescription is a sheet of paper with a required imprint, completed by a physician. Prescriptions with advertising imprints printed on the reverse side were also known. A significant advantage was the ability to inform both physicians and patients about new drugs or therapeutic devices. However, such prescriptions are not used because the inclusion of any other imprints on prescriptions was prohibited. The purpose of the design was to permanently link the prescription with the advertisement so that the advertisement does not alter the prescription. The essence of a prescription according to the industrial design, which is a sheet of paper with the required imprint, is that it has an additional, tear-off section with a line separating it from the prescription itself, which line is preferably perforated. This prescription meets all requirements, as the additional section is torn off by the patient, leaving only the actual prescription, free of any prohibited printing. One side of the additional section is intended for advertising, primarily new medications and therapeutic devices, while the other side of the detachable section can be used by the physician to provide instructions for the patient, such as how to administer the medication. The industrial design is shown in more detail in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the main prescription page and Fig. 2 shows the reverse side of the prescription page. The actual prescription, 1, in the form of a narrow strip of paper with the required printing, ends at the bottom with an additional, detachable section 2, separated from the prescription by a clearly marked line 3, which is preferably perforated. This additional section is torn off by the patient, leaving only the actual prescription, free of any prohibited printing. One side of the additional section is intended for advertising, primarily new medications and therapeutic devices, while the other side of the tear-off section can be used by the physician to write instructions for the patient, such as how to administer the medication. These instructions additionally make the patient aware of the need to tear off the section. The advertising side of the section may have a rectangular frame around its edge. Along the separating line 3, a drawing of scissors and the inscription "section for the patient" may be placed. Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
