W odniesieniu do znanych tego rodzaju, zblizonych postaciowo wytworów, wkladka higieniczna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, wyróznia sie nowa postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i wlasciwosciach powierzchni. Wzór wkladki higienicznej uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia wkladke w widoku z góry, fig. 2 - wwidoku z dolu, fig. 3 - w widoku z boku, fig. 4 - w widoku z przodu, a fig. 5 - w widoku z tylu. Wkladka higieniczna ma jednakowa grubosc oraz powierzchnie górna i dolna w ksztalcie trapezu równoramiennego, którego obie podstawy sa zaokraglone. Wkladka ma na wszystkich powierzchniach liczne, nieregularnie rozmieszczone zarysy w postaci kropeczek i kreseczek. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze, wkladka higieniczna ma jednakowa grubosc oraz powierzchnie górna i dolna w ksztalcie trapezu równoramiennego, którego obie podstawy sa zaokraglone, przy czym wkladka ma na wszystkich powierzchniach liczne, nieregularnie rozmieszczone zarysy w postaci kropeczek i kreseczek, jak uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, fig 1-5. The subject of the industrial design is a panty liner. Compared to similar products of this type, the panty liner based on the industrial design is distinguished by its new form manifested in its shape and surface properties. The panty liner design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the panty liner from above, Fig. 2 from below, Fig. 3 from the side, Fig. 4 from the front, and Fig. 5 from the back. The panty liner has the same thickness and has upper and lower surfaces in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, with both bases rounded. The pantyliner has numerous, irregularly spaced outlines in the form of dots and dashes on all surfaces.
