Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest uchwyt meblowy, wykonany z tworzywa, przeznaczony do zamykania i otwierania drzwi meblowych. Uchwyt meblowy, wedlug wzoru wyróznia sie oryginalnym ksztaltem powierzch- ni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt meblowy w przekroju, fig. 2 - uchwyt w widoku z góry, fig. 3 - podstawe uchwytu w widoku z dolu oraz na fotografii, gdzie na fig. 4 - przedsta- wiono uchwyt w widoku ogólnym, na fig. 5 - podstawe uchwytu w widoku z góry od strony wewnetrznej, fig. 6 - przykrywke uchwytu w widoku z góry od strony wewnetrz-nej, fig. 7 - podstawe uchwytu w widoku z dolu, fig. 8 - przykrywke uchwytu w widoku zgóiy. Uchwyt meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sklada sie z dwóch elementów w ksztalcie polówek elipsoidy przecietej wzdluznie: podstawy I i przykrywki 2 , przy czym podstawa I ma na zewnetrznej powierzchni splaszczenie 3, z otworem przelotowym 4 dla elementu zespalajacego uchwyt z meblem, na obwodzie ma kolnierz oporowy 5 o zaokra- glonych krawedziach, ponizej którego znajduje sie plaszczyzna podporowa 6, przy czym we wnetrzu podstawy 1, na dnie znajduja sie dwa slupki zatrzaskowe 7 z nieprzelotowymi otworami 8, a pomiedzy nimi tuleja 9 z otworem przelotowym 4, natomiast przykrywka 2 ma obwód mniejszy anizeli podstawa 1, ale równy plaszczyznie podporowej 6, tak, ze wchodzi do wnetrza podstawy 1 opierajac sie o kolnierz oporowy 5 i spoczywajac na plaszczyznie podporowej 6, ponad to we wnetrzu przykrywki 2 znaj- duja sie dwa trzpienie 10 wciskane w otwory nieprzelotowe 8 slupków zatrzaskowych 7, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1 do fig. 3 i zalaczonej fotografii - fig. 4 do fig. 8. Uchwyt meblowy moze byc dwukolorowy, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4 do fig. 8. Uchwyt meblowy, wedlug wzoru ma ciemniejsza podstawe, a przykrywka jest ja- sniejsza. W widoku z przodu kolnierz oporowy o zaokraglonych krawedziach tworzy owalna ciemniejsza ramke kontrastujaca z przykrywka tak, ze calosc przypomina kamien pierscienia w oprawie, jak pokazano na zalaczonej fotografii fig. 4.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig. 3Fig. 4 Fig. 5 Fig. 6 Fig. 7 Fig. 8 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture handle made of plastic, intended for opening and closing furniture doors. According to the design, the furniture handle is distinguished by its original surface shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the furniture handle in cross-section, Fig. 2 - the handle in a top view, Fig. 3 - the handle base in a bottom view, and in the photograph, in which Fig. 4 shows the handle in a general view, Fig. 5 - the handle base in a top view from the inside, Fig. 6 - the handle cover in a top view from the inside, Fig. 7 - the handle base in a bottom view, Fig. 8 - the handle cover in a top view. The furniture handle according to the industrial design consists of two elements in the shape of halves of an ellipsoid cut longitudinally: a base I and a cover 2, wherein the base I has a flattening 3 on its outer surface, with a through hole 4 for the element connecting the handle with the furniture, on its circumference it has a support collar 5 with rounded edges, below which there is a support plane 6, wherein inside the base 1, at the bottom, there are two latching posts 7 with blind holes 8, and between them a sleeve 9 with a through hole 4, while the cover 2 has a circumference smaller than the base 1, but equal to the support plane 6, so that it enters the inside of the base 1, resting on the support collar 5 and resting on the support plane 6, moreover, inside the cover 2 there are two pins 10 pressed into blind holes 8 of the latching posts 7, as shown in the attached drawing Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 and the attached photograph - Fig. 4 to Fig. 8. The furniture handle can be two-colored, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4 to Fig. 8. The furniture handle, according to the pattern, has a darker base, and the cover is lighter. In the front view, the support collar with rounded edges creates an oval, darker frame contrasting with the cover, so that the whole resembles a ring stone in a setting, as shown in the attached photograph Fig. 4.
