Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sufit swietlny stosowany, zwlaszcza do oswietlenia biur, holów, róznego rodzaju sal oraz pomieszczen mieszkalnych z wykorzystaniem energooszczednych systemów oswietleniowych. Sufit wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawiony jest na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia sufit swietlny w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 przedstawia odbitke kolorowa sufitu. Sufit charakteryzuje sie nowa oryginalna postacia przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz w barwie. Ksztalt to kilka, korzystnie w liczbie parzystej umieszczonych obok siebie opraw oswietleniowych zamontowanych wewnatrz sufitu, przy czym oprawy maja ksztalt ostroslupa scietego, skierowane wieksza podstawa na zewnatrz. Ponadto w ostroslupie róznica powierzchni podstawy górnej wewnetrznej w odniesieniu do powierzchni podstawy dolnej zewnetrznej jest niewielka. Dodatkowo wszystkie sciany wewnetrzne ostroslupa sa stopniowane i kolorowe, przy czym stopnie ulozone sa poziomo i maja niewielki uskok, a kolor wewnatrz opraw jest dowolny, lecz korzystnie taki sam dla wszystkich opraw stanowiacych sufit swietlny. W miejscu podstawy mniejszej kazda z opraw moze miec umieszczone, o takich samych lub róznych barwach zródlo swiatla. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: postac przejawiajaca sie w zestawie kilku, korzystnie w liczbie parzystej opraw, z których kazda oprawa ma ksztalt scietego ostroslupa o stopniowanych bokach i jest kolorowa oraz stosowanie systemu energooszczednych zródel swiatla umieszczanych w oprawach, stanowi, ze tak uksztaltowany sufit swietlny jest nowym i oryginalnym rozwiazaniem w odniesieniu do znanych tego typu sufitów. PLThe subject of the industrial design is a luminous ceiling used, particularly for illuminating offices, halls, various rooms, and residential spaces using energy-efficient lighting systems. The ceiling, according to the industrial design, is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the luminous ceiling in a perspective view, and Fig. 2 shows a color print of the ceiling. The ceiling is characterized by a new, original form, manifested in its shape and color. The shape consists of several, preferably even, side-by-side lighting fixtures mounted inside the ceiling. The fixtures have the shape of a truncated pyramid, with the larger base facing outward. Furthermore, in a pyramid, the difference in the surface area of the upper inner base compared to the surface area of the lower outer base is small. Additionally, all the interior walls of the pyramid are stepped and colored, with the steps arranged horizontally and slightly offset. The color of the interior fixtures is optional, but preferably the same for all fixtures constituting the luminous ceiling. Each fixture can have a light source of the same or different colors placed in its smaller base. The essential features of the industrial design: a form manifested in a set of several, preferably even, fixtures, each fixture in the shape of a truncated pyramid with stepped sides and colored, and the use of a system of energy-saving light sources placed within the fixtures, make this luminous ceiling a new and original solution compared to known ceilings of this type.
