Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina dekoracyjna, zwlaszcza tkanina obiciowa z motywami kwiatowymi, przeznaczona do mebli. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac tkaniny, przeja- wiajaca sie w jej rysunku, nadajaca je j oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony w dwóch odmia- nach na zalaczonych rysunkach Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 oraz Fig 3 i Fig. 4. Tkanina dekoracyjna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego w obu odmia- nach posiada jasne, cieniowane tlo, na którym rozmieszczone sa powta- rzajace sie, ciemniejsze od tla motywy roslinne z wyraznym, ciemnym obrysem. Motywy roslinne stanowia ulistnione i powyginane galazki stylizowa- nych roslin kwiatowych, które wypelniaja jednolicie powierzchnie tkani- ny.W pierwszej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego stylizowane rosliny sa przedstawione w postaci jednokwiatowych i pieciokwiatowych galazek, przy czym w przypadku galazek pieciokwiatowych sa one mocno powy- ginane w kilku kierunkach i posiadaja dwa pedy boczne. Galazki maja duze, pelne, o równej wielkosci, lekko rozchylone kwiatostany graniaste typu glówki oraz niewielkie, lekko skrecone liscie lancetowate. Galazka jednokwiatowa posiada dwa liscie u dolu i dwa liscie ponad kwiatem. Galazka pieciokwiatowa ma dolny ped boczny wyrastajacy w prawo z kacika dwóch lisci i zakonczony dwoma glówkami kwiatowymi. W polo- wie dlugosci pedu glównego znajduje sie glówka kwiatowa, pod która wyrasta w lewo drugi ped boczny, nad ta glówka kwiatowa znajduja sie dwa liscie, a na koncu pedu glównego dalsze dwa liscie i usytuowana u ich nasady glówka kwiatowa. Drugi ped boczny posiada piec lisci i jest zakonczony glówka kwiatowa usytuowana miedzy górna para lisci. Obiysy glówek kwiatowych, a takze z grubsza platków, lodyg oraz lisci wraz z ich unerwieniem, sa wykonane czarna linia, jak pokazano na ry- sunku Fig. 1 i 3. W drugiej odmianie wzoru przemyslowego stylizowane rosliny sa przedstawione w postaci jedno-, dwu- i trzykwiatowych galazek, bardzo slabo ulistnionych i lekko, lukowo wygietych na boki. Galazki maja po- jedyncze i pólpelne, o róznej wielkosci i stopniu rozchylenia kwiaty tale- rzykowate o symetrii promienistej oraz drobne, krótkie liscie o ksztalcie lancetowatym. Powtarzajacy sie motyw stanowi zestawienie dwóch galazek trzykwiato- wych, dwóch galazek dwukwiatowych i dwóch galazek jednokwiatowych. Pierwsza galazka trzykwiatowa nie posiada lisci, a jej kwiaty sa w jed- nakowym stopniu rozwiniete. Tuz nad nia usytuowana druga galazka trzykwiatowa posiada dwa listki, górny kwiat duzy w pelni rozwiniety oraz dwa mniejsze kwiatki lekko rozwiniete. Tuz obok tych dwóch galazek trzykwiatowych, po ich prawej stronie sausytuowane galazki dwukwiatowe, z których dolna jest bezlistna i po- siada lewy kwiatek w paku, a prawy lekko rozwiniety. Usytuowana nad nia druga galazka dwukwiatowa posiada na dole jeden lisc, nad nim du- zy rozwiniety kwiat i na koncu galazki maly lekko rozwiniety kwiat. Galazki jednokwiatowe sa rozmieszczone nad grupa opisanych galazek trzy- i dwukwiatowych. Pierwsza z nich posiada dwa listki, usytuowane na jej poczatku i na koncu oraz duzy, w pelni rozwiniety kwiat. Druga jest bezlistna i posiada takze duzy rozwiniety kwiat na swoim koncu. Obiysy platków kwiatowych oraz czesciowo lodyg i lisci, sa wykonane ciemna linia, jak pokazano na Fig.2 i 4. Cechy istotne tkaniny dekoracyjnej wedlug wzoru przemyslowego to jasne, lekko cieniowane tlo, na którym rozmieszczone sa ciemniejsze od tla motywy roslinne z czarnymi obrysami, przy czym motywy roslinne stanowia ulistnione i powyginane galazki stylizowanych roslin kwiato- wych, które wypelniaja jednolicie powierzchnie tkaniny. The subject of the industrial design is a decorative fabric, particularly upholstery fabric with floral motifs, intended for furniture. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of fabric, manifested in its pattern, giving it an original appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in two variations in the attached drawings: Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. In both variations, the decorative fabric according to the industrial design has a light, shaded background on which are arranged repeated floral motifs, darker than the background, with a distinct, dark outline. The plant motifs consist of leafy and curved branches of stylized flowering plants that uniformly fill the fabric's surface. In the first variant of the industrial design, the stylized plants are presented as single-flowered and five-flowered branches, with the five-flowered branches being strongly curved in several directions and possessing two side shoots. The branches have large, full, evenly sized, slightly open, angular, capitate-like inflorescences and small, slightly twisted, lanceolate leaves. The single-flowered branch has two leaves at the bottom and two leaves above the flower. The five-flowered branch has a lower side shoot growing to the right from the axil of two leaves and terminating in two flower heads. Midway along the main shoot is a flower head, beneath which a second lateral shoot grows to the left. Above this flower head are two leaves, and at the end of the main shoot are two further leaves and a flower head located at their base. The second lateral shoot has five leaves and terminates in a flower head situated between the upper pair of leaves. The outlines of the flower heads, as well as the rough outlines of the petals, stems, and leaves with their veins, are drawn with black lines, as shown in Figures 1 and 3. In the second variant of the industrial design, the stylized plants are depicted as single-, double-, and triple-flowered branches, very sparsely leafed and slightly arched sideways. The branches bear single and semi-double, disc-shaped flowers of radial symmetry, varying in size and degree of opening, and small, short, lanceolate leaves. A recurring motif is the juxtaposition of two three-flowered branches, two two-flowered branches, and two one-flowered branches. The first three-flowered branch is leafless, and its flowers are equally developed. Situated just above it, the second three-flowered branch has two leaves, the upper large flower fully developed, and two smaller flowers slightly developed. Immediately next to these two three-flowered branches, to their right, are two-flowered branches, the lower one being leafless and bearing the left flower in its bud, and the right one slightly developed. The second, two-flowered branch located above it has a single leaf at the base, a large, open flower above it, and a small, slightly open flower at the tip of the branch. The single-flowered branches are arranged above the group of three- and two-flowered branches described above. The first branch has two leaves, located at its beginning and end, and a large, fully open flower. The second is leafless and also has a large, open flower at its tip. The outlines of the flower petals and partially the stems and leaves are made with a dark line, as shown in Fig. 2 and 4. The essential features of the decorative fabric according to the industrial design are a light, slightly shaded background on which plant motifs with black outlines are placed, darker than the background, where the plant motifs are leafy and bent branches of stylized flowering plants that uniformly fill the surface of the fabric.
