The industrial design registration has been in effect since October 11, 2001. The industrial design is for a clip- or screw-mounted skirting board. The new form of the skirting board is evident in its shape and surface properties. The clip-mounted skirting board shown in Figure 1, in cross-section, has the shape of a solid defined by a decorative outer profile, a wall profile, and a floor profile. The wall profile of this strip is an upper vertical wall \ connected by a transition radius to the lower vertical wall 2, also connected by a transition radius to the middle vertical wall 3, located in the "P" plane of the upper vertical wall 1, wherein the end of the middle vertical wall 3 is in contact with the diagonally located wall 4, connected to the lower wall 5 with an arched profile connected to the horizontally located floor wall 6. Both in the vertical wall 2 and the diagonal wall 4 there are channels 7 and 8 for the clips fastening the strip, located at an obtuse angle in relation to the vertical walls 1, 2 and 3. In turn, the decorative external profile of this strip is an upper arched element 9 forming a common edge with an upper vertical wall 1, the other end of which smoothly passes into a lower straight section 10 situated at an acute angle in relation to the vertical walls 1, 2 and 3. The version of the screw-mounted skirting board shown in Fig. 2 in cross-section also has the shape of a solid defined by a decorative external profile, a wall profile and a floor profile. The wall profile of this strip is an upper vertical wall 1 connected by a transition radius to the lower vertical wall 2, also connected by a transition radius to the middle vertical wall 3, located in the "P" plane of the upper vertical wall, wherein the end of the middle vertical wall 3 is in contact with the obliquely located wall 4, connected to the lower wall 5 with an arc profile connected to the horizontally located floor wall 6. In turn, the decorative external profile of this strip is an upper arc element 9 forming a common edge with the upper vertical wall, the other end of which smoothly passes into the lower straight section 10 located at an acute angle in relation to the vertical walls 1, 2 and 3, wherein in the middle part of the wall 10 there is an opening rectangular 11. with rounded edges, in the bottom of which there are holes 12 for screws fastening the strip to the wall, and in this opening there is mounted a plugging element 13, also having a rectangular cross-section with rounded upper edges of its longer sides. Essential features of the industrial design 1. A clip-mounted skirting board, having in cross-section the shape of a solid defined by a decorative external profile, a wall profile and a floor profile, shown in Fig. 1, is characterized in that: - on the wall profile composed of vertical walls 1, 2 and 3, the lower one of which passes into the obliquely situated wall 4, connected to the wall 5 with an arc-shaped outline, there are two channels 7 and 8 located at an obtuse angle in relation to the vertical walls 1, 2 and 3; - the decorative external profile of this strip is an upper arc element 9, forming a common edge with the upper vertical wall, the other end of which smoothly passes into the lower horizontal section 6 situated at an acute angle in relation to the vertical walls 1, 2 and 3. 2. The screw-mounted skirting board, having in cross-section the shape of a solid defined by the decorative external profile, the wall and floor profiles shown in Fig. 2, is characterized in that: - its wall profile is composed of vertical walls 2 and 3, wherein wall 3 is not located in the plane "P" of walls I and 2, and the lower vertical wall 2 passes into the wall 4 situated obliquely, connected to the wall 5 with an arc outline; on the straight wall 10 of the profile There is a rectangular opening li in the outer part of the strip, in the bottom of which there are holes J_2 for screws fastening the strip to the wall, and in this opening there is a plugging element 13, which in cross-section has the shape of a rectangle with rounded upper edges of its longer sides.
