Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika z rozpylaczem, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i kolorze. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik z rozpylaczem w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z przodu,fig. 3 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z tylu, fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z lewego boku, fig. 5 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z prawego boku, fig. 6 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig. 7 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 7, ma zastosowanie zwlaszcza do celów kosmetycznych, jako pojemnik do przechowywania i uzywania zelów, odzywek, mleczek lub perfum. Pojemnik sklada sie: ze zbiornika, polaczonego u góry z glowica, wyposazona w mechanizm rozpylajacy. Zbiornik pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu ksztalt owalu o scietych podstawach, przy czym górna podstawa jest zaopatrzona w wyciecie w ksztalcie polówki fali, natomiast w widoku z obydwu boków zbiornik ma ksztalt waskiego prostokata, o wkleslych dluzszych bokach, przy czym w widoku z lewego boku, mniejszy górny bok jest lukowo wypukly, natomiast w widoku z prawego boku - lukowo wklesly. Glowica pojemnika ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu ksztalt trapezu o wkleslej niesymetrycznie, górnej podstawie, do osadzenia w niej palców, przy czym w przedniej czesci glowicy, u góry znajduje sie owalne wyciecie, wewnatrz którego znajduje sie okragla dysza rozpylajaca, natomiast w jej tylnej czesci znajduje sie prostokatne wyciecie na przycisk, uruchamiajacy mechanizm rozpylajacy. Górna powierzchnia przycisku odpowiada górnej powierzchni glowicy. Natomiast w widoku z obydwu boków ma ksztalt trapezu z lukowo wypukla, górna podstawa, przy czym w widoku z lewego boku, dolna podstawa jest lukowo wypukla, natomiast w widoku z prawego boku - lukowo wklesla. Pojemnik w widoku z dolu i z góry ma ksztalt owalu, przy czym w widoku z góry we wnetrzu owalu, znajduje sie ksztaltowy przycisk, zlozony z pólokregu oraz figury zblizonej do prostokata, ale z lukowym dluzszym bokiem, odpowiadajacym obrysowi owalu pojemnika.Glowica pojemnika ma korzystnie kolor ciemny, natomiast przycisk rozpylacza jest w kolorze jasniejszym. Priority from 6 April 2001, no. 401 03 415.1 (Germany) Container with a sprayer The subject of the industrial design is a container with a sprayer, especially for cosmetic products. The essence of the design is a new form of the container with a sprayer, manifested in its shape and colour. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached photographs, in which fig. 1 - shows the container with a sprayer in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the same container in a front view, fig. 3 - the same container in a back view, Fig. 4 - the same container in a left-side view, Fig. 5 - the same container in a right-side view, Fig. 6 - the same container in a top view, and Fig. 7 - the same container in a bottom view. The container shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 7 is used especially for cosmetic purposes, as a container for storing and using gels, conditioners, milks or perfumes. The container consists of: a reservoir connected at the top to a head equipped with a spray mechanism. The container's reservoir, viewed from the front and rear, has an oval shape with truncated bases, with the upper base having a cutout in the shape of a half wave. Viewed from both sides, the reservoir has a narrow rectangular shape with concave long sides. Viewed from the left side, the smaller upper side is arcuately convex, while from the right side, it is arcuately concave. The container's head, viewed from the front and rear, has a trapezoidal shape with an asymmetrically concave upper base for placing fingers. The front of the head has an oval cutout at the top, containing a circular spray nozzle, while the rear of the head has a rectangular cutout for the button that activates the spray mechanism. The upper surface of the button corresponds to the upper surface of the head. In both side views, it has a trapezoidal shape with an arcuately convex upper base. In the left-side view, the lower base is arcuately convex, while in the right-side view, it is arcuately concave. In the bottom and top views, the container has an oval shape. In the top view, inside the oval, there is a shaped button composed of a semicircle and a figure similar to a rectangle, but with an arced longer side, corresponding to the oval outline of the container.
