Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac przedmiotu, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Nowa postac przejawia sie w ksztalcie, wlasciwosciach powierzchni oraz rysunku.Przedmiot wzoru zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, fig.l - fig. 3 oraz na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig.lA-fig.3A, przedstawiajacych czekoladke w widoku ogólnym. Na rysunku fig. 1 i na fotografii, fig.lA - zostala zaprezentowana czekoladka w formie bryly przypominajacej w swym ksztalcie telefon komórkowy. W górnej sciance tej bryly znajduje sie wypuklosc stylizujaca antena. Na sciance czolowej, u góry jest rozmieszczony ekran a w nim rysunek. Rysunek przedstawia rybke z otwartym dziobem, puszczajaca babelki powietrza. Powyzej ekranu jest rozmieszczony pas a w nim motyw slowno-graficzny przedstawiajacy owal z usytuowanym wewnatrz napisem. Powyzej znajduja sie liniowe wkleslosci. Pod ekranem, na sasiadujacym z nim polu sa rozmieszczone klawisze. Klawisze po bokach sa okragle, zas srodkowy klawisz ma zarys owalny. W dolnej czesci powierzchni czolowej czekoladki sa rozmieszczone w równych odleglosciach od siebie, w kilku rzedach, owalne klawisze. Na dole jest usytuowany nie symetrycznie okragly klawisz. Na rysunku, fig. 2 i na fotografii fig. 2A - zostala przedstawiona czekoladka majaca postac bryly, przypominajacej w swym ksztalcie telefon komórkowy. W górnej sciance tej bryly znajduje sie niewielki wypust stylizujacy antene. Na sciance czolowej, u góry jest rozmieszczony ekran a w nim rysunek. Rysunek przedstawia stylizowany globus, otoczony orbitami zakreslonymi cienkimi liniami. Nieco ponizej, z prawej strony znajduje sie napis. U góry, powyzej ekranu, na poziomym pasie jest rozmieszczony motyw slowno- graficzny. Motyw ten stanowi owal z umieszczonym wewnatrz napisem. Nad tym motywem znajduja sie liniowe wkleslosci. Ponizej ekranu, na sasiadujacym z nim polu sa rozmieszczone klawisze. Klawisze po bokach sa okragle, zas srodkowy klawisz ma zarys owalny. W dolnejczesci powierzchni czolowej czekoladki sa rozmieszczone w równych odleglosciach od siebie, w kilku rzedach owalne klawisze. Na dole jest usytuowany nie symetrycznie okragly klawisz. Na rysunku, fig. 3 i na fotografii, fig. 3A - zostala uwidoczniona czekoladka majaca postac bryly, przypominajacej w swym ksztalcie telefon komórkowy. W górnej sciance tej bryly znajduje sie niewielki wypust stylizujacy antene. Na sciance czolowej, u góry jest rozmieszczony ekran a w nim rysunek. Rysunek przedstawia twarz czlowieka otoczona tlem w formie nieregularnej plamy. Nad rysunkiem jest fantazyjny napis. Powyzej rysunku, na poziomym pasie jest rozmieszczony motyw slowno-graficzny. Motyw ten przedstawia owal z umieszczonym wewnatrz napisem. Nad motywem znajduja sie liniowe wkleslosci. Ponizej ekranu, na sasiadujacym z nim polu sa rozmieszczone klawisze. Klawisze po bokach sa okragle, zas srodkowy klawisz ma zarys owalny. W dolnej czesci powierzchni czolowej czekoladki sa rozmieszczone w równych odleglosciach od siebie, w kilku rzedach owalne klawisze. Na dole jest usytuowany nie symetrycznie okragly klawisz. The industrial design is a chocolate intended for consumption, primarily by children. The essence of the design is a new and original form of the object, suitable for repeated reproduction. This new form manifests itself in the shape, surface properties, and design. The design is presented in the attached drawing, Fig. 1-Fig. 3, and in the attached photographs, Fig. 1A-Fig. 3A, showing a general view of the chocolate. Fig. 1 and the photograph, Fig. 1A, depict the chocolate in the form of a block resembling a cell phone. The upper wall of this block features a stylized antenna protrusion. A screen is located on the top face, with a drawing within it. The drawing depicts a fish with an open beak, blowing air bubbles. Above the screen is a strip containing a verbal and graphic motif depicting an oval with an inscription inside. Above it are linear concavities. Below the screen, in the adjacent field, are keys. The keys on the sides are round, while the central key has an oval outline. Oval keys are arranged at equal distances in several rows at the bottom of the chocolate's front surface. An asymmetrically placed round key is at the bottom. Figure 2 and photograph 2A depict a chocolate shaped like a cell phone. A small projection stylizing an antenna is located on the top of this block. A screen is located on the top of the front panel, and within it is a drawing. The drawing depicts a stylized globe surrounded by orbits outlined with thin lines. Slightly below, on the right, is an inscription. At the top, above the screen, a horizontal strip features a word-graphic motif. This motif is an oval with an inscription inside. Above this motif are linear concavities. Below the screen, in the adjacent field, are keys. The keys on the sides are round, while the central key has an oval outline. At the bottom of the chocolate's front surface, oval keys are spaced evenly apart in several rows. At the bottom, an asymmetrically round key is positioned. In the drawing, Fig. 3, and in the photograph, Fig. 3A, a chocolate in the form of a block resembling a cell phone is shown. On the top of this block is a small projection stylizing an antenna. On the top of the front panel, a screen is placed, with a drawing inside it. The drawing depicts a human face surrounded by an irregularly shaped background. Above the drawing is a fanciful inscription. Above the drawing, a word-graphic motif is placed on a horizontal strip. This motif represents an oval with an inscription inside. Linear concavities are located above the motif. Below the screen, in the adjacent field, are keys. The keys on the sides are round, while the central key has an oval outline. At the bottom of the chocolate's front surface, oval keys are placed at equal distances from each other, in several rows. At the bottom, an asymmetrically placed round key.
