Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka wykonana z tworzywa sztucznego przeznaczona zwlaszcza jako opakowanie plynnych artykulów chemii gospodarczej. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz uformowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.1 przedstawia butelke od strony szerszej plaszczyzny (strona czolowa), zas fig.2 przedstawia butelke w widoku z boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru wykonana jest z nieprzezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego. Ma korpus w postaci trójczesciowej bryly. Plaszczyzna symetrii przechodzi przez srodek nagwintowanego otworu i przez dluzsza z osi podstawy majacej ksztalt wydluzonego owalu scietego na koncach. Butelka ma górnej czesci korpusu na szerszych bokach wglebienie w ksztalcie poziomej lezki. Ma takze ukosne odsadzenie miedzy górna a srodkowa czescia korpusu i poziome odsadzenie miedzy dolna a srodkowa czescia korpusu. Srodkowa czesc korpusu ma najmniejszy przekrój poprzeczny niz sasiednie czesci.Butelka jest bardzo oryginalna w ksztalcie, estetyczna i poreczna. Pozwala na wygodne poslugiwanie sie nia glównie z uwagi na pewny chwyt za przewezona srodkowa czesc. Butelke wedlug niniejszego wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach. PL PLBOTTLE The industrial design registration right is valid from September 5, 2001. The industrial design is a bottle made of plastic, intended primarily for packaging liquid household chemicals. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface finish. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle from a wider plane (front side), while Fig. 2 shows the bottle from a side view. The bottle, according to the design, is made of opaque plastic. It has a three-part body. The plane of symmetry passes through the center of the threaded hole and through the longer axis of the base, which is shaped like an elongated oval truncated at the ends. The bottle has a horizontal teardrop-shaped recess on the upper part of the body on the wider sides. It also has a diagonal offset between the upper and middle parts of the body and a horizontal offset between the lower and middle parts of the body. The middle part of the body has the smallest cross-section than the adjacent parts. The bottle has a very original shape, aesthetically pleasing, and easy to handle. It allows for comfortable handling, mainly due to the firm grip of the narrowed middle part. A bottle according to this pattern is shown in the attached drawings.
