Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia w widoku perspektywicznym opakowanie smietanki o pojemnosci 250 ml w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z lewego profilu, fig. 1.1 przedstawia opakowanie smietanki o pojemnosci 250 ml w ksztalcie prostopa- dloscianu z prawego profilu, fig. 2 przedstawia opakowanie smietanki o pojemnosci 500 ml w widoku perspektywicznym w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z lewego profilu, a fig. 2.1 przedstawia opakowanie smietanki o pojemnosci 500 ml w widoku perspektywicznym w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu z prawego profilu. Na opakowaniu smietanki o ksztalcie prostopadloscianu wyposazonym w biala nakretke na dwóch wiekszych sciankach na bialym tle w czarne laty widnieje napis „smietanka laciata”, który usytu- owany jest przy dluzszej krawedzi w pozycji pionowej. Napis „smietanka laciata” wykonany jest czcionka róznej wielkosci, przy czym wyraz „laciata” wykonany jest wieksza czcionka w kolorze zielonym. Obok napisu, pomiedzy dwoma czarnymi latami znajduje sie wizerunek filizanki do zup i sosów, salatek oraz kawy, zas ponizej wizerunek zielonego warzywa – jarmuzu. U góry na czarnej lacie widnieje napis in- formujacy o zawartosci tluszczu w smietance. W pierwszej i drugiej odmianie zawartosc tluszczu wynosi 12%, zas na lacie u dolu podana jest informacja o pojemosci – w pierwszej odmianie wynosi ona 250 ml, a w drugiej odmianie 500 ml. Na jednej z wezszych scianek opakowania umieszczony jest znak towarowy chroniony prawem nr 189926 stanowiacy wpisany w elipse napis „MLEKPOL”.The cuboid cream packaging, equipped with a white cap, features the inscription "smietanka laciata" (Laciata Cream) on its two larger sides against a white background with black patches. The inscription "smietanka laciata" (Laciata Cream) is vertically positioned along the longer edge. The inscription "smietanka laciata" is in various font sizes, with the word "laciata" in a larger green font. Next to the inscription, between two black patches, is an image of a cup for soups, sauces, salads, and coffee, and below is an image of a green vegetable – kale. At the top, on a black patch, is an inscription informing about the cream's fat content. The first and second varieties have a fat content of 12%, and the label at the bottom provides information about the capacity – 250 ml for the first variety and 500 ml for the second. One of the narrower sides of the packaging features the trademark protected by law No. 189926, which is the inscription "MLEKPOL" in an ellipse.
