Pierwszenstwo od dnia 30 marca 2001 r., nr 401 03 188.8 (Niemcy) Pojemnik Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik zwlaszcza do produktów kosmetycznych, wykonany korzystnie z tworzywa sztucznego. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1 - przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z przodu lub z tylu, fig. 2 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z jednego z boków, fig. 3 - tensam pojemnik w widoku z góry, a fig. 4 - ten sam pojemnik w widoku z dolu. Pojemnik, przedstawiony na fig. 1 do fig. 4, ma zastosowanie zwlaszcza do celów kosmetycznych, jako pojemnik do przechowywania i uzywania produktów kosmetycznych o stalej konsystencji, na przyklad dezodorantów w sztyfcie lub wosków. Pojemnik sklada sie z: wlasciwego pojemnika, zaopatrzonego w dolnej czesci w okragle pokretlo, stanowiace jednoczesnie podstawe pojemnika, oraz z nasadzanej pokrywki. Pokretlo jest polaczone z nie uwidoczniona na zalaczonych rysunkach - stanowiaca z nim jedna calosc - sruba o dosc duzym skoku gwintu. Wewnatrz wlasciwego pojemnika jest osadzony wklad dezodorantu, zaopatrzony w nakretke, nakrecona na srube. Obrót pokretla powoduje wysuwanie sie dezodorantu przez górny otwór pojemnika. Pojemnik z nasadzona pokrywka ma w widoku z przodu i z tylu postac owalu ze scieta dolna podstawa, zaopatrzona w wyciecie w ksztalcie polówki fali. W widoku z boku wlasciwy pojemnik ma ksztalt czworoboku, o nieznacznie zwezajacych sie ku dolowi i wycietych lukowo u dolu - dluzszych bokach, oraz o wyoblonym dolnym krótkim bokiem, zaopatrzonego na srodku - na calej dlugosci boku - w podluzny wystep, natomiast pokrywka pojemnika ma ksztalt kopuly, zas jego pokretlo ma ksztalt stozka, zaopatrzonego na swej bocznej powierzchni w radelkowanie. W widoku z góry pojemnik z nasadzona pokrywka ma ksztalt wydluzonego owalu, przy czym w jego wnetrzu znajduje sie pokrywka, równiez w ksztalcie owalu, do której z obu stron przylega podluzny wystep. Poza obrys wiekszego owalu w czesci srodkowej, z obydwu stron wystaje pokretlo, umozliwiajac jego chwycenie i obracanie palcami.Pojemnik w widoku z dolu ma równiez ksztalt owalu, zaopatrzonego w plytkie wglebienie w ksztalcie mniejszego owalu, przy czym do obu podstaw mniejszego owalu przylega podluzny wystep, zas w jego wnetrzu znajduje sie glebokie okragle wglebienie, zaopatrzone w pokretlo. The subject of the industrial design is a container, particularly for cosmetic products, preferably made of plastic. The essence of the design is a new form of the container, reflected in its shape. The subject of the industrial design is illustrated in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the container from the front or back, Fig. 2 shows the same container from one of the sides, Fig. 3 shows the same container from above, and Fig. 4 shows the same container from below. The container shown in Figures 1 to 4 is used primarily for cosmetic purposes, as a container for storing and using solid cosmetic products, such as stick deodorants or waxes. The container consists of the container itself, fitted with a round knob at the bottom, which also serves as the container's base, and a snap-on lid. The knob is connected to a screw with a relatively large thread (not shown in the attached drawings). Inside the container itself is a deodorant cartridge, fitted with a cap screwed onto the screw. Turning the knob causes the deodorant to slide out through the container's upper opening. The container with a lid attached has an oval shape in front and rear views with a truncated lower base, provided with a cutout in the shape of a half wave. From the side, the container proper has a quadrilateral shape, with slightly tapering longer sides and arched lower edges, and a rounded lower short side, provided with a longitudinal protrusion in the center along the entire length of the side. The container lid is dome-shaped, and its knob is cone-shaped, provided with knurling on its lateral surface. From the top view, the container with a lid attached has an elongated oval shape, with the lid, also oval-shaped, inside, and an elongated protrusion adjacent to both sides. A knob protrudes beyond the outline of the larger oval in the middle, allowing it to be gripped and turned with the fingers. The container, viewed from below, also has an oval shape, with a shallow recess in the shape of a smaller oval. An elongated protrusion adjoins both bases of the smaller oval, and a deep, circular recess with a knob inside. The knob protrudes beyond the outline of the larger oval.
