Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wytworu, nadajaca wspornikom montazowym nowy oryginalny wyglad i indywidualny charakter, przejawiajacy sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie poszczególnych elementów, majacych na celu estetyke i wyróznienie sposród innych podobnych wyrobów. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product, giving the mounting brackets a new, original appearance and individual character, manifested in the shape and arrangement of individual elements, aimed at aesthetics and distinction from other similar products.
Wzór przemyslowy moze byc wielokrotnie odtwarzany w produkcji przemyslowej. An industrial design can be reproduced many times in industrial production.
Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonym rysunku przedstawiajacy wsporniki montazowe w widoku, w perspektywie równoleglej. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing showing the mounting brackets in a parallel perspective view.
Wsporniki montazowe do mocowania w podlozu róznego rodzaju konstrukcji budowlanych, zwlaszcza konstrukcji solarnych, przeznaczony do unieruchamiania obiektu. Wsporniki maja dwie plyty w ksztalcie ceownika zwrócone do siebie gladkimi powierzchniami i polaczone ze soba w górnej strefie plaskimi lacznikami. Na glównych i bocznych plytach maja otwory na róznych wysokosciach do wprowadzania w nie stabilizujace prety o przekroju prostokata, dzieki czemu zespól ma korzystne cechy wyrózniajace i uzytkowe, jak przedstawiono na rysunku.Mounting brackets for anchoring various types of building structures, especially solar structures, to the ground, designed to immobilize the structure. The brackets consist of two C-shaped plates facing each other with smooth surfaces and connected in the upper zone by flat connectors. The main and side plates have holes at various heights for inserting rectangular stabilizing rods, giving the assembly favorable distinctive and functional characteristics, as shown in the drawing.
