Pojemnik jutowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru trwa od dnia : 29 sierpnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pojemnik juto- wy. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac pojemnika jutowe- go, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz ornamencie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia pojemnik ju- towy w widoku perspektywicznym z przodu, fig.2- nastepny po- jemnik jutowy w widoku z przodu, fig.3- kolejny pojemnik ju- towy w widoku z przodu, fig.4- nastepny pojemnik jutowy w wi- doku z przodu, fig.5 - kolejny pojemnik jutowy w widoku z przo- du, fig.6 - nastepny pojemnik jutowy w widcpku z przodu, fig.7- kolejny pojemnik jutowy w widoku z przodu, fig.8- nastepnypojemnik jutowy w widoku z przodu, fig.9 - kolejny pojemnik ju- towy w widoku z przodu, fig.10 - nastepny pojemnik jutowy w widoku z przodu. The subject of the industrial design is a jute container. The essence of the design is a new form of jute container, manifested in its shape and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows a jute container in a front perspective view, fig. 2 - another jute container in a front view, fig. 3 - another jute container in a front view, fig. 4 - another jute container in a front view, fig. 5 - another jute container in a front view, fig. 6 - another jute container in a front view, fig. 7 - another jute container in a front view, fig. 8 - another jute container in a front view, fig. 9 - another jute container in a front view, fig. 10 - another jute container in a front view. The jute container according to the industrial design is characterized in that it has the shape of a truncated cone, wherein the smaller base of the cone constitutes the bottom of the container, and the upper edge of the side wall of the container is turned inwards and stitched with a wide stitch, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1. The next jute container is characterized in that it has the shape of a truncated cone, wherein the smaller base of the cone constitutes the bottom of the container, and the upper edge of the side wall of the container is double turned inwards and stitched with a wide stitch, and at this edge there is a pocket for an information label, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 6. The next jute container is characterized in that it has the shape of a truncated cone, wherein the smaller base of the cone constitutes the bottom of the container, and the upper edge of the side wall of the container is turned inwards and stitched with a wide stitch, and furthermore in the area of the side wall there is a graphic element representing green grass, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 7. The next jute container is characterized in that it has the shape of a truncated cone, wherein the smaller base of the cone constitutes the bottom of the container, and the upper edge of the side wall of the container is turned inwards and stitched with a wide stitch, and furthermore in the area of the side wall there is a graphic element representing a green Christmas tree, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 8. The next jute container is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a truncated cone, with the smaller base of the cone constituting the bottom of the container, while the upper edge of the side wall of the container is turned inwards and stitched with a wide stitch, and in addition, in the area of the side wall there is a decorative inscription in green, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 9. The next jute container is characterized by the fact that it has the shape of a truncated cone, where the smaller base of the cone constitutes the bottom of the container, and the upper edge of the side wall of the container is turned inwards and stitched with a wide stitch, and at the second base of the cylinder there is a round jute-linen lid with a slit, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 10.
