Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac opakowania kartonowego eksponujacego butelki z piwem, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Nowa postac opakowania wedlug wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci oryginalnym rozwiazaniem okienek na czolowej sciance, krawedziach pionowych i na górnych, scietych sciankach i górnej poziomej sciance jest swoista i zmierza do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, na których fig.l przedstawia widok perspektywiczny opakowania od strony scianki czolowej, fig.2 jego widok perspektywiczny od strony tylnego naroza, a fig.3 przedstawia wykrój opakowania w rozwinieciu. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru zdobniczego wykonane jest z calosciowego kartonu, sklejonego wzdluz jednej z pionowych krawedzi prostopadloscianu. Opakowanie wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu o podstawie prostokatnej ze skosnie scietymi dwoma, górnymi krawedziami na scianach bocznych, w ten sposób, ze wierzcholki scian czolowych tworza trapezy równoramienne. Charakterystyczna cecha opakowania wedlug wzoru zdobniczego jest to, ze posiada na pionowych krawedziach okienka o ksztalcie eliptycznym, zaopatrzone wscianki wewnetrzne, utrzymujace sie na zagieciach wzdluz osi poziomej i zagiete do wewnatrz, uzyskane z podciecia kartonu po elipsie o ksztalcie splaszczonym w stosunku do elipsy wedlug której sa wyciete okienka. Na sciance czolowej ma centralnie umieszczone okienko o ksztalcie czaszy kielicha, zaopatrzone w scianke, wycieta z 1/2 wysokosci kielicha i zagieta do wewnatrz na górnej jego krawedzi, a na obu górnych plaszczyznach sciec ma po parze prostokatnych okienek o rozszerzonych bokach od polowy wysokosci w góre i o zaokraglonych narozach. Na zagietych, eliptycznych sciankach jest oparta wkladka / 1 /, sluzaca jako oparcie dla kielicha umieszczonego w opakowaniu. Na górnej poziomej sciance ma dwa owalne otwory z plaskimi podstawami, skierowane prostopadle do sciany czolowej, wykonane przez podciecie kartonu na linii owalnej i jej zalamanie do wewnatrz na ich plaskich podstawach, którymi zwrócone sa do siebie, sluzace jako uchwyty opakowania, jak pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach fig.l, fig.2 oraz rysunku fig.3. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of cardboard packaging displaying beer bottles, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines. The new form of packaging according to the design, manifested in particular by the original solution of windows on the front wall, vertical edges and on the upper, beveled walls, and the upper horizontal wall, is unique and aims to achieve aesthetic goals. The decorative design is shown in the attached photographs and drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of the packaging from the front wall, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view from the rear corner, and Fig. 3 shows the unfolded packaging cutout. The packaging according to the decorative design is made of a single piece of cardboard, glued along one of the vertical edges of the cuboid. The packaging according to the design has the shape of a cuboid with a rectangular base and two obliquely cut upper edges on the side walls, so that the tops of the front walls form isosceles trapezoids. A characteristic feature of the packaging, as depicted in the decorative pattern, is that it has elliptical windows on its vertical edges, fitted with internal walls, supported by the folds along the horizontal axis and bent inward. These are obtained by cutting the cardboard in an ellipse, the shape of which is flattened relative to the ellipse along which the windows are cut. On the front wall, it has a centrally located window in the shape of a goblet bowl, fitted with a wall cut from half the height of the goblet and bent inward at its upper edge. On both upper surfaces of the wall, it has a pair of rectangular windows with flared sides from halfway up and rounded corners. The insert /1/ rests on the bent, elliptical walls, serving as a support for the cup placed in the package. On the upper horizontal wall, it has two oval holes with flat bases, directed perpendicularly to the front wall. These holes were made by cutting the cardboard along the oval line and folding it inward on their flat bases, which face each other, serving as handles for the package, as shown in the attached photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3.
