Etykieta opakowania Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 16.08.2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest etykieta opakowania wyrobów kosmetycznych, w szczególnosci kosmetyków dla dzieci. Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii, rysunków, elementów dekoracyjnych i ich wzajemnym usytuowaniu oraz barwie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1,3,5,7,9 przedstawiaja etykiete do umieszczania na czolowej powierzchni opakowania, a fig. 2,4,6,8,10 etykiete do umieszczania na tylnej powierzchni opakowania. Etykieta wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt figury zblizonej do prostokata z zaokraglonymi wierzcholkami, przy czym jeden z krótszych boków jest zaokraglony i tworzy luk skierowany ku zewnetrznej czesci tej figury. Etykieta posiada na czolowej czesci powtarzajacy sie motyw, który stanowi symetrycznie umieszczony w srodkowej jej czesci pionowy pas, którego szerokosc wynosi okolo 40 % szerokosci etykiety. Na wysokosci okolo 1/3 od dolu znajduje sie napis, a nad nim element dekoracyjny w postaci smoka, czesciowo zasloniety od dolu tym napisem. Obok glowysmoka znajduje sie element o nieregularnym ksztalcie, na którym widnieje napis informacyjny. W dolnej i górnej czesci etykiety umieszczone sa informacje dotyczace wyrobu. Powierzchnie czolowa etykiety pokazano na zalaczonych rysunkach fig. 1,3,5,7 i 9. Etykieta do umieszczania na powierzchni tylnej opakowania ma w prawym dolnym rogu element dekoracyjny w postaci smoka, identyczny jak w czesci czolowej etykiety, a takze kóleczka o róznych srednicach umieszczone wokól elementu dekoracyjnego oraz w górnej czesci obok napisów. W górnej czesci tylnej etykiety sa dwa poziome pasy, na których umieszczone sa napisy, zas pozostala powierzchnia etykiety zapelniona jest napisami informacyjnymi. Etykiete do umieszczania na tylnej czesci opakowania wyrobu przedstawiono na rysunku fig.2,4,6,8 i 10. Etykieta wedlug wzoru posiada na czolowej czesci element dekoracyjny w postaci stojacego bokiem smoka, z glowa zwrócona do tylu i trzymajacego przedmiot przypominajacy gabke do mycia, wokól której umieszczone sa kóleczka o róznych srednicach, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.l. W odmianie wzoru, etykieta posiada element dekoracyjny w postaci siedzacego przodem smoka, trzymajacego przedmiot przypominajacy recznik, a obok niego i w dolnej czesci etykiety w poblizu obu wierzcholków znajduja sie kóleczka o róznych srednicach, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.3. W innej odmianie wzoru, etykieta w czolowej czesci posiada jako element dekoracyjny biegnacego smoka, ponadto w górnej i dolnej czesci umieszczone sa kóleczka o róznych srednicach, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.5. W kolejnej odmianie wzoru, etykieta w czolowej czesci posiada element dekoracyjny w postaci smoka trzymajacego przedmiot w ksztalcie owocu gruszki, a takze rozmieszczone na jej powierzchni kóleczka o róznych srednicach oraz element w postaci wycinka kola w dolnym prawym rogu z napisem informacyjnym, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.7. W kolejnej odmianie wzoru etykieta w czolowej czesci posiada element dekoracyjny w postaci smoka trzymajacego przedmiot w ksztalcie owocu ananasa, a takze rozpieszczone w róznych miejscach na jej powierzchni kóleczka o róznych srednicach oraz element w postaci wycinka kola w dolnym prawym rogu z napisem informacyjnym, jak pokazano na rysunku fig.9. Elementy dekoracyjne umieszczone na czolowej i tylnej czesci sa tego samego rodzaju i zaleza od rodzaju wyrobu. Korzystny efekt estetyczny uzyskuje sie, jesli element dekoracyjny w postaci smoka jest w kolorze zóltym lub zólto-pomaranczowym, a paski pionowe maja rózne kolory w zaleznosci od rodzaju wyrobu. Etykiety moga byc w dowolnych kolorach i ich zestawieniach. PL PLPackaging Label The right to register an ornamental design has been in effect since August 16, 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a label for cosmetic product packaging, particularly children's cosmetics. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines, drawings, decorative elements, their relative positioning, and color. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Figs. 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9 depict a label for placement on the front surface of the packaging, and Figs. 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10 depict a label for placement on the rear surface of the packaging. According to the ornamental design, the label is shaped like a rectangle with rounded corners, with one of the shorter sides being rounded, forming an arc directed towards the outer part of the figure. The label features a repeating motif on its front, consisting of a symmetrically placed vertical band in the center, approximately 40% of the label's width. Approximately 1/3 of the way down, there's an inscription, and above it, a decorative element in the form of a dragon, partially obscured by the inscription. Next to the dragon's head is an irregularly shaped element with an informative inscription. Information about the product is displayed at the bottom and top of the label. The front of the label is shown in the attached drawings, Figures 1, 3, 5, 7, and 9. The label for placement on the back of the packaging features a decorative element in the form of a dragon in the lower right corner, identical to the front of the label, as well as circles of varying diameters placed around the decorative element and at the top next to the inscription. The upper part of the back label has two horizontal bands with inscriptions, while the remaining surface of the label is filled with informational text. The label for placement on the back of the product packaging is shown in Figures 2, 4, 6, 8, and 10. The label, according to the design, has a decorative element on the front in the form of a dragon standing sideways, with its head turned backward, holding an object resembling a washing sponge, around which are placed circles of various diameters, as shown in Figure 1. In a variation of the design, the label has a decorative element in the form of a dragon sitting forward, holding an object resembling a towel, and next to it and in the lower part of the label near both peaks are circles of various diameters, as shown in Figure 3. In another design variant, the label in the front part has a decorative element of a running dragon, and in the upper and lower parts there are circles of different diameters, as shown in Fig. 5. In another design variant, the label in the front part has a decorative element in the form of a dragon holding an object in the shape of a pear, as well as circles of different diameters arranged on its surface and an element in the form of a sector of a circle in the lower right corner with an information inscription, as shown in Fig. 7. In another design variant, the label in the front part has a decorative element in the form of a dragon holding an object in the shape of a pineapple, as well as circles of different diameters placed in different places on its surface and an element in the form of a sector of a circle in the lower right corner with an information inscription, as shown in Fig. 9. Decorative elements on the front and back are of the same type and depend on the product type. A favorable aesthetic effect is achieved if the decorative dragon element is yellow or yellow-orange, and the vertical stripes are different colors depending on the product type. Labels can be in any color or combination.
