Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest witraz, przeznaczony szczególnie do osadzania go w oknach kosciolów lub drzwiach pomieszczen mieszkalnych Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w jego ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach, na których fig. 1. przedstawia witraz w pierwszej odmianie, fig .2. - witraz w drugiej odmianie, fig.3, - witraz w trzeciej odmianie i fig. 4. - witraz w czwartej odmianie. Zgodnie z wzorem zdobniczym i jak przedstawiono na zalaczonych rysunkach witraz charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest utworzony z zestawu szkiel fazowanych, zawierajacych podwójna linie obrysu a stanowi go kompozycja szkiel o ksztalcie wydluzonego rombu z owalem umieszczonym w centralnym miejscu, dookola obwiedzionym zestawem szkiel przypominajacych motywy barokowych malzowin, a na koncach, wzdluz dluzszej osi rombu, umieszczone sa szkla w ksztalcie czólenek, koncem osadzonych w dwu parach szkiel lezkowych, jak przedstawiono w pierwszej odmianie na fig. 1. W drugiej odmianie witraz, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest utworzony z zestawu szkiel fazowanych zawierajacych podwójna linie obrysu a stanowi gokompozycja szkiel o ksztalcie wydluzonego rombu, z owalem umieszczonym w centralnym miejscu, dookola obwiedzionym zestawem szkiel przypominajacych motywy barokowych malzowin, przy czym wewnatrz owal ma na obwodzie motywy ziam a na koncach, wzdluz dluzszej osi rombu, umieszczone sa szkla w ksztalcie czólenek, koncem osadzonych w dwu parach szkiel lezkowych, jak przedstawiono na fig.2. W trzeciej odmianie witraz charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest utworzony z zestawu szkiel fazowanych zawierajacych podwójna linie obrysu a zestaw ma postac, przypominajaca w swej formie ksztalt lusterka z uchwytem, z centralnie umieszczonym owalem obwiedzionym zestawem szkiel w ksztalcie barokowej malzowiny a po przeciwnej stronie uchwytu jest zwienczone podluznym szklem w ksztalcie czólenka osadzonego w dwóch parach listków, jak przedstawiono na fig.3. W czwartej odmianie witraz charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest utworzony z zestawu szkiel fazowanych zawierajacych podwójna linie obrysu a zestaw ma postac, przypominajaca w swej formie, ksztalt lusterka z uchwytem i centralnie umieszczonym owalem, obwiedzionym zestawem szkiel w ksztalcie barokowej malzowiny, przy czym owal ma wewnatrz na obwodzie motywy ziam a po przeciwnej stronie uchwytu jest zwienczone podluznym szklem w ksztalcie czólenka osadzonego w dwóch parach listków, jak przedstawiono na fig.4. The subject of the ornamental design is a stained glass window, intended specifically for installation in church windows or residential doors. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the object, manifested in its shape and line arrangement. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawings, in which Fig. 1 shows the stained glass window in its first version, Fig. 2 - the stained glass window in its second version, Fig. 3 - the stained glass window in its third version, and Fig. 4 - the stained glass window in its fourth version. According to the decorative pattern and as shown in the attached drawings, the stained glass window is characterized in that it is made of a set of beveled glasses containing a double outline line and is a composition of glasses in the shape of an elongated rhombus with an oval placed in the center, surrounded by a set of glasses resembling the motifs of baroque auricles, and at the ends, along the longer axis of the rhombus, there are glasses in the shape of shuttles, with their ends set in two pairs of teardrop glasses, as shown in the first variant in Fig. 1. In the second variant, the stained glass window is characterized in that it is made of a set of beveled glasses containing a double outline line and is a composition of glasses in the shape of an elongated rhombus, with an oval placed in the center, surrounded by a set of glasses resembling the motifs of baroque auricles, wherein inside the oval has grain motifs on its circumference and at its ends, along the longer axis of the rhombus, there are pieces of glass in the shape of shuttles, with their ends set in two pairs of teardrop glasses, as shown in Fig. 2. In the third variant, the stained glass window is characterized by the fact that it is made of a set of beveled glasses containing a double outline line and the set has a form resembling in its form the shape of a mirror with a handle, with a centrally placed oval surrounded by a set of glasses in the shape of a Baroque auricle and on the opposite side of the handle it is topped with an elongated glass in the shape of a shuttle set in two pairs of leaves, as shown in Fig. 3. In the fourth variant, the stained glass window is characterized by being composed of a set of beveled glass panes containing a double outline line. The set has a form resembling a mirror with a handle and a centrally placed oval, surrounded by a set of glass panes in the shape of a Baroque auricle. The oval has ziam motifs on the inside of the perimeter, and on the opposite side of the handle it is topped with an elongated glass pane in the shape of a shuttle embedded in two pairs of leaves, as shown in Fig. 4.
