Cechy istotne wzoru to: nieregularny ksztalt, skladajacy sie z bryl bazujacych na formie ostroslupa i graniastoslupów trójkatnych, strzelista forma bryly, pasy w czesci frontowej elewacji umieszczono pasy, które dynamizuja forme budynku.
