Wzór przemyslowy stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac oprawy oswietleniowej przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie i wlasciwo- sciach powierzchni. Oprawe oswietleniowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi wydluzona bryla majaca dwie plaskie wzajemnie równolegle sciany i dwie wzajemnie równolegle sciany wygiete lukowo oraz dwie plaskie podstawy w postaci pokryw czolowych o obrysie zblizonym do prostokata, którego dwa krótsze boki sa wygiete lukowo. Oprawa oswietleniowa ma z przodu obudowe przednia o gladkiej powierzchni zewnetrznej i rowkowanej wzdluznie po- wierzchni wewnetrznej, a z tylu obudowe tylna o gladkiej po- wierzchni zewnetrznej i powierzchni wewnetrznej zaopatrzonej w zebra, przy czym dwa z tych zeber tworza gniazda dla srub mocujacych pokrywy czolowe. Kazda z pokryw czolowych ma po dwie sruby mocujace. Pokrywy czolowe czesciowo nachodza na przednia i tylna obudowe oprawy oswietleniowej. Pokrywa tylna oprawy oswietleniowej ma z zewnatrz dwa wzajemnie przeciwle- gle wzdluzne uskoki stanowiace gniazda dla zaczepów obudowyprzedniej oraz dwa wzajemnie przeciwlegle wzdluzne rowki. Priority: 7 March 2001, Germany. The subject of the industrial design is a lighting fixture with an elongated shape. The industrial design constitutes a new and original form of the lighting fixture, manifesting itself in its shape and surface properties. The lighting fixture according to the industrial design is an elongated body with two flat mutually parallel walls and two mutually parallel walls bent into an arc, as well as two flat bases in the form of front covers with an outline close to a rectangle, the two shorter sides of which are bent into an arc. The lighting fixture has at the front a front housing with a smooth outer surface and a longitudinally grooved inner surface, and at the rear a rear housing with a smooth outer surface and an inner surface provided with ribs, two of the ribs forming sockets for the screws fastening the front covers. Each front cover has two fastening screws. The front covers partially overlap the front and rear housings of the lighting fixture. The rear cover of the lighting fixture has on the outside two mutually opposite longitudinal steps constituting sockets for the hooks of the front housing, and two mutually opposite longitudinal grooves.
