Opis wzoru przemyslowego 1. Okreslenie wzoru przemyslowego ze wskazaniem przeznaczenia: Przedmiotem wzoru jest podstawa przeznaczona do posadowienia na niej, szczególnie paleniska ogrodowego. Paleniska maja zastosowanie do przygotowania bezpiecznego ogniska oraz sporzadzania potraw na wolnym powietrzu. Podstawa moze takze sluzyc do posadowienia grilla ogrodowego lub in- nych przedmiotów infrastruktury ogrodowej. 2. Okreslenie figur ilustracji: Fig. 1 i Fig. 2 – przedstawiaja fotografie pierwszej odmiany podstawy paleniska w dwóch widokach, Fig. 3 i Fig. 4 – przedstawiaja fotografie drugiej odmiany podstawy paleniska w dwóch widokach. 3. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego i jego odmian: Istotna cecha podstawy paleniska jest przestrzennie uformowana konstrukcja w ksztalcie trójnogu wykonanego z polaczonych ze soba trzech elementów w ksztalcie litery „V", wykonanych najkorzystniej z metalowych ksztaltowników. Trzy dolne naroza stanowia podstawe oparcia na gruncie, a trzy górne naroza sluza do posadowienia paleniska. Podstawa posiada indywidualny charakter nadany poprzez oryginalny ksztalt w postaci przestrzennie uformowanej konstrukcji uwidocznionej na zalaczonych ilu- stracjach. Definition of the Industrial Design with an Intended Use: The subject of the design is a base intended for mounting, particularly a garden fire pit. Fire pits are used for preparing a safe fire and preparing meals outdoors. The base can also be used to support a garden grill or other garden infrastructure items. 2. Definition of the Figures in the Illustrations: Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 – present photographs of the first version of the fire pit base in two views, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 – present photographs of the second version of the fire pit base in two views. 3. Essential Features of the Industrial Design and Its Variations: An essential feature of the fire pit base is a three-dimensional structure in the shape of a tripod made of three interconnected elements in the shape of the letter "V," preferably made of metal sections. The three lower corners constitute the base for support on the ground, and the three upper corners are used to support the fire pit. The base has an individual character given by its original shape in the form of a spatially formed structure shown in the attached illustrations.
