Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac kanapki przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i rysunku jej opakowania.Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii fig.l. Kanapka wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt podluznej bulki o zaokraglonych krawedziach, tworzacych na jej koncach nieregularne powierzchnie zblizone do plaskich. Podluzna bulka kanapki zawinieta jest szczelnie w przezroczysta folie celofanowa, a w srodkowej czesci, poprzecznie do jej dlugosci, jest przewiazana cienkim ozdobnym sznurkiem, przez który jest przewleczona ozdobna etykieta informacyjna. Podluzna bulka, ponizej ozdobnego sznurka posiada rulon z szarego papieru z naniesiona prazkowa faktura, którego linie sa równolegle do dlugosci bulki. Rulon ten z jednej strony jest otwarty, a z drugiej strony posiada dno, które stanowi ozdobne zamkniecie w postaci nierównomiernych zalaman. Rulon z szarego papieru zajmuje prawie polowe dlugosci kanapki, jak pokazano na fotografii fig.l PL PL PLSANDWICH A The right of registration of an ornamental design is valid from: 22 August 2001. The subject of the ornamental design is a sandwich intended for direct consumption, displayed particularly in fast food outlets, gas stations, etc. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of the sandwich, manifested in the arrangement of lines and the design of its packaging. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph Fig. 1. The sandwich, according to the ornamental design, has the shape of an elongated roll with rounded edges, creating irregular, almost flat surfaces at its ends. The elongated roll of the sandwich is tightly wrapped in transparent cellophane foil, and in the middle, crosswise to its length, it is tied with a thin decorative string through which a decorative information label is threaded. The elongated roll, below the decorative string, has a roll of gray paper with a ribbed texture, the lines of which run parallel to the roll's length. This roll is open on one side, and on the other, it has a bottom that forms a decorative closure in the form of uneven folds. The roll of gray paper occupies almost half the length of the sandwich, as shown in photo fig.1.
