Description
Wynalazek dotyczy walu teleskopo¬ wego ze smarownica, za pomoca której smar doprowadza sie miedzy dwie telesko¬ powo przesuwne czesci walu.Rysunek przedstawia przyklad wyko¬ nania przedmiotu wynalazku w przekroju podluznym, czesciowo w widoku zewnetrz¬ nym. Te wkladki sluza takze do usuwania kurzu i innych zanieczyszczen z czasowo wysuwajace} sie wewnetrznej czesci walu. PLThe invention relates to a telescopic shaft with a grease gun, by means of which the lubricant is supplied between two telescopic shaft parts. The drawing shows an example of the object of the invention in a longitudinal section, partly in an external view. In the figure, the number 1 indicates the inside of the shaft. ¬ on the part number 2 is telescoped with it, the outer part of the shaft shown. The cross-section of the shaft may be any, for example, round, square, rectangular, polygonal or otherwise. The outer * in part 2 has a hollow ring 3 approximately in the middle of its length and in its wall there are several holes 4 arranged around the circumference. There is a screw 5 on the ring 3, which enables the lubricant to be expelled inside the lubricator. The grease fills the cavity of the ring 3 which penetrates through the holes 4 between the parts 1 and 2 of the telescopic shaft. In this way, its parts are provided with grease from the center of the sliding surface towards the ends, i.e. the grease is distributed towards the ends of both parts of the shaft. As a result, mutual displacement of these shaft parts is not only facilitated, but also prevents simultaneous ingress of dust or other contaminants on the sliding surfaces or the removal of such contamination to the outside. This reduces the wear and therefore the risk of slack formation on the parts of the telescopic shaft; In order to prevent the leakage of the lubricant, a ring 6 is fitted at the end of the outer part 2 of the shaft with felt sealing inserts clamped therein. These inserts also serve to remove dust and other debris with the inner part of the shaft temporarily protruding. PL
