Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wzoru szablonu pomiarowego, przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii, konturów, ksztaltach, rozmieszczeniu poszczególnych elementów, nadajacych szablonowi oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w ksztalcie i wygladzie, zwlaszcza jego elementów skladowych, jak równiez w uksztaltowaniu przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the measuring template design, manifesting itself in the features of lines, contours, shapes, and the arrangement of individual elements, giving the template an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and appearance, particularly of its components, as well as in the shape of the subject of the industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photograph, in which: Fig. 1 shows a photo of the template from the front. The template according to the industrial design is characterized by the fact that it is made in the shape of a rectangular plate with rounded corners, in the middle of which there are two rows of holes cut at the bottom, the first row having six holes, while the second row below the first has five holes, and above each hole in its upper part, in the center, there is a number, starting from 15 and ending with 20, and below the lower row of holes there is a length scale starting from 0 and ending with 12 cm, and at the top of the template, in the right corner, there is a sketch of a thumb with a place indicating the place of measurement, in the middle part there is the inscription "SPIR" written in a fancy font, below which there is a horizontal line, and below it the inscriptions SAFETY INJECTION SYSTEM and SCALE, while at the top of the template on the left side there are overlapping capital letters of the Greek alphabet ? and ?.
