Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac pudelka nadana przez ksztalt i uzyty material. The essence of the industrial design is a new, individual form of the box, given by the shape and material used. The design may occur in the following variations: Variation 1: The box in the first version, shown in Fig. 1 to Fig. 1.4. Variation 2: The box in the second version is shown in fig. 2 to fig. 2.4. The subject of the pattern is shown in the attached illustrative material, where fig. 1 shows the box in variant 1, with all-round stitching of the elements in a perspective view from above, fig. 1.2 shows the box in variant 1, with all-round stitching of the elements in a perspective view from above to the bottom of the box, fig. 1.3 shows the box in variant 1, with all-round stitching of the elements in a side view, fig. 1.4 shows the box in variant 1, with all-round stitching of the elements in a cut-out view from above, fig. 2 shows the box in variant 2 in a perspective view from above, fig. 2.1 shows the box in variant 2 in a perspective view from above, while fig. 2.2 shows the box in variant 2 in a perspective view from above of the bottom of the box; Fig. 2.3 – a side view of the box in variant 2; Fig. 2–3 – a top cutaway view of the box in variant 2; and Fig. 1.4 – a top cutaway view of the box-casket in variant 2. The box, according to the pattern, is a prism-shaped box with a hexagonal base, the cutout of which has the shape of a modified six-pointed star, where the base also constitutes the bottom of the box and is surrounded by elements constituting sides connected by corner details in the shape of rectangles with rounded shorter sides, on which there are rivets. The box may have all-round stitching on each element to distinguish these elements. The box may have clasps or press studs in place of rivets and be foldable. The box may advantageously be made of ecological materials or plastic. ESSENTIAL FEATURES OF THE INDUSTRIAL DESIGN 1. The box is characterized in that it is a box in the shape of a prism with a hexagonal base, which is surrounded by elements constituting sides connected by corner decorative details in the shape of rectangles with rounded shorter sides, on which there are decorative rivets or clasps or press studs, as shown in the attached illustrative material Fig. 1 to Fig. 2.4. 2.
