Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest jego oryginalna i charakterystyczna postac przejawiajaca sie w jego wygladzie i ksztalcie. Wzór przemyslowy obejmuje dwie odmiany zawiasu sciennego. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony w zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, skladajacym sie z rysunków. The essence of the industrial design is its original and distinctive form, manifested in its appearance and shape. The industrial design includes two varieties of the wall hinge. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrative material, consisting of drawings. Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the design in the form of a hinge in a front view; Fig. 2 shows the first variant of the design in the form of a hinge in a back view; Fig. 3 shows the second variant of the design in a form in which the hinges are connected in series to form a band; Fig. 4 shows the second variant of the design in a form in which the hinges are connected in series to form a band, in a back view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design In all variants of the design, the wall hinge is distinguished by the mutual shape and arrangement of the following elements: - upper part 1 of the hinge with a hanging hole 2 terminated at the top with teeth 3, - lower part 4 of the hinge with a mounting hole 5, - semicircular projections 6 pivotally connecting the lower part 4 with the upper part 1 of the hinge. In the first variant, the hinge is single, wherein the lower part 4 of the hinge is additionally provided with mounting holes 7 with sharp projections 8, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. In the second variant of the design, the hinges are connected in series in a strip, wherein the lower part 4 of each hinge is provided only with a mounting hole 5, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4.
