Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac wytworu nadana mu w szczególnosci przez ksztalt klosza, jego zawieszenie na podsufitce oraz rozmieszczenie poszczególnych elementów. Nowa postac lampy wiszacej, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym charakteryzuje sie eliptycznym ksztaltem klosza, prostokatna podsufitka, do której zamocowana jest podpora na trzy zródla swiatla. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, gdzie na fig.1–3 ujeto lampe w trzech rzutach. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the product given to it in particular by the shape of the lampshade, its suspension on the ceiling plate and the arrangement of individual elements. The new form of the hanging lamp, in accordance with the industrial design, is characterized by an elliptical shape of the lampshade, a rectangular ceiling plate to which a support for three light sources is attached.
