PL 26129 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest latarnia nawigacyjna. Wzorem przemyslowym jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, na- dana w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, strukture lub material wytworu oraz przez jego ornamentacje. Przedmiot wzoru jest przedstawiony na rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia latarnie nawiga- cyjna w rzucie perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – w widoku z boku, fig. 3 – w widoku z góry. Latarnia nawigacyjna posiada korpus (6) w ksztalcie walca. Z jednego boku korpusu umieszczono dlawnice kablowa (7). Latarnia nawigacyjna zawiera przezroczysty klosz (3) zamkniety od góry pokrywa (1), wewnatrz którego znajduje sie radiator (5) ze zintegrowanymi diodami LED (4). Klosz jest otoczony ekranem (2). Elementy latarni nawigacyjnej umieszczone sa na podstawie (8). Istotne cechy wzoru przemyslowego stanowi latarnia nawigacyjna w której wewnatrz przezroczy- stego klosza w ksztalcie rury, tworzacego z korpusem i pokrywa szczelna obudowe, zamontowano ra- diator ze zintegrowanymi diodami LED.
