PL 26041 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kardigan, stanowiacy element odziezy wierzchniej dla kobiet, uzytkowany podczas chlodniejszych pór roku. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uklad linii, ksztalt, kontury, uksztaltowanie powierzchni, kolorystke oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór, wedlug wzoru nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania w sposób przemyslowy i rze- mieslniczy. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonych fotografiach, na których fig. 1 – prezentuje kardigan w widoku ogólnym z góry, fig. 2 – uwidacznia szczegól dotyczacy kaptura, natomiast fig. 3 – pokazuje szczegól wykonczenia krawedzi przodów oraz kieszenie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, zaprezentowanego na zalaczonych fotografiach, fig. 1, fig. 2 i fig. 3 – nalezy zaliczyc, ze kardigan jest wykonany z przedzy. Przód kardigana tworza symetrycznie rozmieszczone czesci, dolegajace do siebie posrodku, za- opatrzone ponizej linii talii w nakladane kieszenie. Górna krawedz kieszeni kardiganu jest wykonczona sciagaczem, zas wzdluzne obrzeza przodów sa zagiete do wewnatrz. Jedna z kieszeni kardiganu jest ozdobiona okraglym, metalowym medalionem. Podobne wykonczenie krawedzi jak kieszenie maja na obrzezach rekawy, wszyte wzdluz linii pionowej, na przedluzeniu laczenia przodów z tylem kardiganu. Kardigan jest wyposazony w kaptur, przymocowany do pozostalej jego czesci wokól wyciecia pod szyje. Zewnetrzna krawedz kaptura jest wykonczona ozdobnym sciagaczem. The essence of the design is a new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the arrangement of lines, shape, contours, surface shaping, colours and ornamentation. The product, according to the pattern, is suitable for multiple reproduction in an industrial and craft manner. The subject of the design is presented in the attached photographs, in which Fig. 1 – presents the cardigan in a general view from above, Fig. 2 – shows a detail concerning the hood, while Fig. 3 – shows a detail of the finishing of the front edges and pockets. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, presented in the attached photographs, fig. 1, fig. 2 and fig. 3 – include that the cardigan is made of yarn. The front of the cardigan is made of symmetrically arranged parts, adjacent to each other in the middle, provided below the waistline with patch pockets. The upper edge of the cardigan pockets is finished with a drawstring, while the longitudinal edges of the fronts are bent inwards. One of the cardigan pockets is decorated with a round, metal medallion. The sleeves have a similar edge finish to the pockets, sewn along a vertical line, on the extension of the connection of the fronts with the back of the cardigan. The cardigan is equipped with a hood, attached to the remaining part of it around the neckline. The outer edge of the hood is finished with a decorative drawstring.
