PL 25988 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest ozdobna donica. Nowy i indywidualny charakter wzoru przemyslowego wynika z nadanego mu ksztaltu oraz faktury. Cechy istotne wzoru, przejawiaja sie w formie donicy, której nadano ksztalt obuwia damskiego – czólenka na wysokiej platformie oraz w charakterystycznej fakturze wytworu, która wynika z wlasciwosci uzytego tworzywa, mianowicie wypalanej ceramiki. Wzór przemyslowy przedstawiony jest w osmiu odmianach, które róznia sie od siebie proporcjami poszczególnych elementów – wysokoscia „platformy" oraz wysokoscia i smukloscia „obcasa". Pierwsze cztery odmiany przedstawiaja donice wyprofilowana jako „but" lewy, pozostale cztery – jako „but" prawy. Kolorystyka donicy jest dowolna. Kazda z odmian wzoru ukazana jest w nastepujacej sekwencji widoków: widok z boku, widok perspektywiczny, widok z przodu, widok z góry, widok z dolu. The new and individual character of the industrial design results from its shape and texture. The design's essential features are manifested in the form of the flowerpot, which has been given the shape of women's shoes – a pump on a high platform – and in the product's characteristic texture, which results from the properties of the material used, namely burnt ceramic. The industrial design is presented in eight varieties, which differ from each other in the proportions of individual elements – the height of the "platform" and the height and slenderness of the "heel." The first four varieties represent the flowerpot profiled as a left "shoe," the remaining four as a right "shoe." The color scheme of the flowerpot is optional. Each variety of the design is shown in the following sequence of views: side view, perspective view, front view, top view, bottom view.
