PL 25656 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest okno uchylne. To nowe rozwiazanie stanowiace pola- czenie okna PVC i moskitiery w jeden produkt. Glówna idea okna uchylnego jest polaczenie ze soba dwóch produktów w nowa o indywidualnym charakterze postac okna. Pomysl ten rozwiazuje problem nie tylko przyciemnionej szyby, ale przede wszystkim ma chronic przed: wlamaniem, wypadnieciem np. malego zwierzecia domowego przez uchylone okno, uszkodzeniem konczyn malego dziecka poprzez zabudowana przestrzen siatka w czesci uchylonego okna. Okno uchylne chroni równiez przed owadami oraz innymi zlosliwymi insektami z zewnatrz. Nowym elementem jest siatka ze stali nierdzewnej, przy- twierdzona w czesc konstrukcyjna profilu okna, nie uszkadzajac go tym samym i nie zmieniajac wlasci- wosci technicznych profilu PVC. Okno uchylne moze znalezc swoje zastosowanie m.in.: w domach jed- norodzinnych, w blokach mieszkaniowych, gabinetach lekarskich, gabinetach kosmetycznych, zlobkach i przedszkolach, w sklepach sieciowych, szpitalach, przychodniach, w zakladach produkcyjnych, restau- racjach, stolówkach szkolnych, administracji panstwowej itp. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac okna o oryginalnym wygladzie przejawiajacym sie w jego budowie oraz wygladzie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia uchylone okno, prezentujace siatke ze stali nierdzewnej na calej dlugosci okna w ujeciu perspektywicz- nym z boku, fig. 2 – okno uchylone z wysunieta siatka w ujeciu perspektywicznym z przodu, fig. 3 – okno uchylone z wysunieta siatka w zblizeniu w ujeciu perspektywicznym, fig. 4 – okno zamkniete ze schowana siatka we wnetrzu okna w ujeciu perspektywicznym. Istotna cecha okna wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest jego wyglad poprzez wbudowana siatke ze stali nierdzewnej na calej dlugosci profilu okna. Sposób przytwierdzenia sprawia, ze jest ona niewi- doczna na zewnatrz w momencie zamkniecia okna i znakomicie komponuje sie z profilem. W momencie uchylenia okna mozna zaobserwowac, ze sposób ulozenia siatki jest na zasadzie dzialania harmonijki (siatka plisowana), rozwija sie stopniowo wraz ze wzrostem kata uchylenia okna (Fig. 3). Wraz z za- mknieciem, zmniejszajac kat uchylenia, siatka zwija sie az cala znajduje sie niewidoczna w zamknietym oknie (Fig. 4). W nowym modelu okna zastepuje sie tradycyjna moskitiere siatka ze stali nierdzewnej, przytwierdzona w czesc konstrukcyjna profilu PVC. Siatka spelnia swoja funkcje w momencie uchylenia okna. This new solution combines a PVC window and a mosquito net into a single product. The main idea of the tilt window is to combine two products into a new, unique window form. This idea solves the problem not only of tinted glass but, above all, protects against: burglary, a small pet falling out of a tilted window, and injury to a small child's limbs through the enclosed space of the mesh in the tilted window. The tilt window also protects against insects and other harmful insects from the outside. The new element is a stainless steel mesh attached to the structural part of the window profile, thus not damaging it or changing the technical properties of the PVC profile. A tilt window can be used in, among others, single-family homes, apartment blocks, doctor's offices, beauty salons, nurseries and kindergartens, chain stores, hospitals, clinics, production plants, restaurants, school canteens, public administration, etc. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of window with an original appearance reflected in its construction and appearance. The industrial design subject is shown in the illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows a tilted window with a stainless steel mesh along its entire length in a side perspective view; Fig. 2 shows a tilted window with the mesh extended in a front perspective view; Fig. 3 shows a close-up perspective view of the tilted window with the mesh extended; Fig. 4 shows a closed window with the mesh hidden inside the window in a perspective view. A significant feature of the window according to the industrial design is its appearance through the built-in stainless steel mesh along the entire length of the window profile. The method of attachment makes it invisible from the outside when the window is closed and blends perfectly with the profile. When the window is tilted, you can see that the net is arranged like an accordion (pleated net), gradually unfolding as the window is tilted (Fig. 3). As the window is closed, the net rolls up as the tilt angle decreases, making it completely invisible in the closed window (Fig. 4). In the new window model, the traditional mosquito net is replaced with a stainless steel net attached to the structural part of the PVC profile.
