Obudowa pojemnika do gazu obronnego Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 24 kwietnia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest obudowa pojemnika do gazu obronne- go. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac obudowy przejawiajaca sie w je j ksztalcie i ukladzie linii. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony w dwóch odmianach wykonania na za- laczonym rysunku Fig. 1 i Fig. 2. Pierwsza obudowa pojemnika do gazu obronnego wedlug wzoru zdobnicze- go ma ksztalt pistoletu i zawiera oslone lufy i komory nabojowej, rekojesc oraz kablak spustowy ze spustem. Obudowa pojemnika do gazu obronnego w drugiej odmianie wykonania we- dlug wzoru zdobniczego ma ksztalt rewolweru i zawiera lufe, bebenek, rekojesc oraz kablak spustowy ze spustem.Obudowa wedlug wzoru jest wykonana z dowolnego tworzywa i posiada dowolne zabarwienie.
