PL 25544 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest oprawa oswietleniowa Trio Creation przeznaczona do pomieszczen mieszkalnych. Oprawa oswietleniowa sklada sie z trzech listew led z obudowami. Kazdy z wiszacych paneli jest zamocowany na dwóch linkach, z których jedna wychodzi z podsufitki, a druga mocuje sie na metalowym uchwycie montowanym na suficie. Linki nie sa ustawione symetrycznie na panelu. Obie sa umiejscowione na powierzchni najszerszego boku. Przeciwny bok panelu zajmuje element rozpraszajacy swiatlo i oslaniajace listwe swietlna. Element rozpraszajacy swiatlo ma ksztalt lekko wypukly. W zwiazku z tym panel ma przekrój prostokata z jednym brzegiem lukowato wygietym na zewnatrz (dolny bok listwy jest zaokraglony) Oprawe oswietleniowa przedstawiono na rysunku w widoku z dolu pod katem na fig. 1. Oprawe oswietleniowa przedstawiono w widoku z boku na fig. 2 oraz w widoku z dolu na fig. 3. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest mozliwosc zawieszenia uchwytów w dowolnym ustawieniu oraz regulacji dlugosci linek, ostateczny ksztalt, wysokosc oraz kierunek strumienia swietlnego oprawy oswietleniowej jest ustalany podczas jej montazu. The lighting fixture consists of three LED strips with housings. Each hanging panel is mounted on two cables, one of which extends from the soffit, and the other is attached to a metal bracket mounted on the ceiling. The cables are not positioned symmetrically on the panel. Both are located on the surface of the widest side. The opposite side of the panel is occupied by a light diffusing element that covers the light strip. The light diffusing element has a slightly convex shape. Therefore, the panel has a rectangular cross-section with one edge arched outward (the lower side of the strip is rounded). The lighting fixture is shown in the drawing in a bottom view at an angle in Fig. 1. The lighting fixture is shown in a side view in Fig. 2 and in a bottom view in Fig. 3. Essential features of the industrial design are the ability to hang the handles in any position and to adjust the length of the cables. The final shape, height, and direction of the luminous flux of the lighting fixture are determined during its assembly.
