Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku – fotografii, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia glowice termostatyczna w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry, Fig. 2 przedstawia glowice termostatyczna w widoku z góry, Fig. 3 przedstawia glowice termostatyczna w widoku aksonometrycz- nym z widocznym na scianie tylnej znakiem slowno-graficznym DIAMOND i z napisem PERFEKCYJNA ARMATURA. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego ujawnionego na zalaczonym rysunku – fotografii od fig. 1 do Fig. 3, stanowi glowica termostatyczna w ksztalcie walca, której pokretlo jest zakonczone tylna plaska okragla sciana z napisem DIAMOND PERFEKCYJNA ARMATURA. Tylna sciana pokretla na polacze- niu z okraglym plaszczem obudowy pokretla glowicy posiada wokól kilka fantazyjnych ukladów plaskich katowych otworów, jak pokazano na rysunku Fig. 1, Fig. 2, i Fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a thermostatic head for a valve installed in central heating systems, manifested by a new shape of the gripping portion of the thermostatic head, manifested by a new arrangement of lines that give the thermostatic head an original appearance enabling its identification. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a drawing/photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the thermostatic head in an axonometric view from above, Fig. 2 shows the thermostatic head in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the thermostatic head in an axonometric view with the word and graphic symbol DIAMOND visible on the back wall and the inscription PERFEKCYJNA ARMATURA. An essential feature of the industrial design disclosed in the attached drawing – photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 3, is a cylindrical thermostatic head, the knob of which is terminated with a flat, round rear wall with the inscription DIAMOND PERFECT ARMATURA. The rear wall of the knob, at the connection with the round casing of the head knob housing, has several fanciful arrangements of flat, angular holes around it, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. The subject of the industrial design shown in the drawing – photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 is easily mounted to any central heating valve. The arrangement of the red stripe in the central part of the thermostatic head around the connection between the knob and the head and the protruding red indicator light create a fanciful arrangement of the lines of the external elements of the thermostatic head and gives this item an aesthetic appearance.
