Wzór ma ksztalt muszli amonitowej, o skreconej spirali, zwinietej planispiralnie czyli w jednej plaszczyznie. Spirala rozwija sie od punktu centralnego 1, tworzac skret pierwszy 3 i kolejny 3. Wymiar skretu 3 wzrasta wraz ze zwiekszaniem sie obwodu muszli. Kazdy skret 3 posiada lukowe przegrody 2. Cechy wspólne odmian wzoru to: ? punkt centralny spirali; ? ksztalt produktu w formie skreconej spirali tworzacej muszle amonitowa; ? przegrody przebiegajace w poprzek skretu, o lekko lukowym ksztalcie; ? wymiar pojedynczego skretu, który wzrasta od punktu centralnego w miare powiekszania sie obwodu wzoru w formie muszli. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony w odmianach jego wykonania i zobrazowany na zalaczonych rysunkach w widokach z góry. Well-known and commonly available cheeses are usually round in shape or come in slices. The essence of the industrial design in the form of a food product, especially cheese, is manifested in the fanciful and novel shape of the product in the form of a shell. The design has the shape of an ammonite shell, with a twisted spiral, rolled planispirally, i.e. in one plane. The spiral unfolds from a central point 1, creating the first twist 3 and the next 3. The dimension of twist 3 increases with the increase in the shell's circumference. Each twist 3 has arched partitions 2. Common features of the design varieties are: ? a central point of the spiral; ? the shape of the product in the form of a twisted spiral forming an ammonite shell; – partitions running across the twist, with a slightly arcuate shape; – the dimension of a single twist, which increases from the central point as the perimeter of the shell-shaped pattern increases. The subject of the industrial design is presented in variants of its embodiment and illustrated in the attached drawings in top views.
