PL 25288 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest torba na butelki lub do przenoszenia innych towarów, czy butelek i innych towarów jednoczesnie. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1–4 pokazano 4 odmiany wzoru w widoku z boku i w widoku z góry na jej wnetrze. Torba na butelki wedlug wzoru to wykonany z tkaniny lub dzianiny worek z dwoma uchami, wewnatrz torby maja wykonane równiez materialowe przegrody, które tworza kieszenie na butelki lub w innym ustawieniu przegrody przylegaja do scian bocznych torby, przez co wnetrze torby stanowi jedna przestrzen na zakupy czy inne towary. Przegroda moze sie przemieszczac we wnetrzu torby, gdyz bryt materialu, z którego jest wykonana, nie jest przymocowany do dna. Kieszenie zapewniaja bezpieczny transport butelek – sa one we wnetrzu torby od siebie oddzielone warstwa materialu, przegroda, co zabezpiecza je przed stykaniem sie ze soba. Odmiana pierwsza wzoru, pokazana na fig. 1, fig. 1a i fig. 1b, to torba przeznaczona do bezpiecznego przenoszenia jednej lub dwóch butelek. Wewnatrz jest jedna przegroda, która oddziela sie w czasie transportu butelke wlozona do jednej kieszeni miedzy przegroda i sciana boczna torby, a do pozostalej przestrzeni mozna wlozyc druga butelke lub mozna wkladac inne towary. Jesli w torbie nie sa przenoszone butelki przegroda przylega do sciany bocznej torby i wnetrze torby stanowi jedna przestrzen na towary inne niz butelki, co pokazana na fig. 1a. Wewnatrz sa dwie przegrody, posrodku przyszyte do bocznych scian, przez co powstaja cztery oddzielne kieszenie na butelki. Jesli w torbie nie sa przenoszone butelki przegrody przylegaja do scian bocznych torby i wnetrze torby stanowi jedna przestrzen na towary inne niz butelki, co pokazano na fig. 3a. Odmiana czwarta wzoru, pokazana na fig. 4, fig. 4a i fig. 4b, to torba przeznaczona do bezpiecznego przenoszenia szesciu butelek. Wewnatrz sa dwie przegrody, przyszyte dwoma szwami do bocznych scian, przez co powstaje szesc oddzielnych kieszeni na butelki. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Figures 1-4 show four variations of the design in a side view and a top view of its interior. The bottle bag according to the design is a bag made of woven or knitted fabric with two handles. The bag also has fabric dividers inside that create pockets for bottles. Alternatively, in other arrangements, the dividers adhere to the side walls of the bag, creating a single space for shopping or other goods. The divider can move within the bag because the material block from which it is made is not attached to the bottom. The pockets ensure safe transport of bottles – they are separated by a layer of material, a divider, inside the bag, preventing them from touching each other. The first design variant, shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, and Fig. 1b, is a bag designed to safely carry one or two bottles. Inside, there is a single compartment that separates the bottle during transport when placed in one pocket between the compartment and the side wall of the bag. The remaining space can accommodate a second bottle or other items. If the bag is not carrying bottles, the compartment adheres to the side wall of the bag, and the interior of the bag forms a single space for items other than bottles, as shown in Fig. 1a. The second design variant, shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, and Fig. 2b, is a bag designed to safely carry two bottles. Inside, there is a single compartment, sewn in the center to one of the side walls, creating two pockets for bottles and a space for other items. If the bag is not carrying bottles, the divider is flush with the sidewall and the interior of the bag forms a single space for items other than bottles, as shown in Fig. 2a. The third design variant, shown in Fig. 3, Fig. 3a, and Fig. 3b, is a bag designed to safely carry four bottles. Inside are two dividers, the middle ones sewn to the sidewalls, creating four separate bottle pockets. If the bag is not carrying bottles, the dividers are flush with the sidewalls and the interior of the bag forms a single space for items other than bottles, as shown in Fig. 3a. The fourth design variant, shown in Fig. 4, Fig. 4a, and Fig. 4b, is a bag designed to safely carry six bottles. Inside are two dividers, sewn with two seams to the sidewalls, creating six separate bottle pockets. If the bag does not carry bottles, the partitions adhere to the side walls of the bag and the interior of the bag forms one space for goods other than bottles, as shown in Fig. 4a.
