Podstawa lampionu jest wykonana w stylizacji nawiazujacej do stylu kolonialnego, w której na- rozne stopy wychodza lukiem ku górze az do momentu zamkniecia bryly, co stanowi element charakte- rystyczny dla wszystkich czterech stron podstawy, w której dodatkowo kazda ze stron okalaja widoczne podwójne uwarstwienia, swoim ukladem przypominajace obramowanie dopasowane do przyjetego stylu kolonialnego, a na frontowej stronie podstawy posrodku obramowania, znajduje sie emblemat przypo- minajacy diament w koronie, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, oraz Fig. 6, przy czym na dalszych ilustracjach od Fig. 7 do Fig. 32 podstawa widoczna jest w realizacji calego lampionu, tj. wraz z nakry- ciem i kasetonem. Podstawa lampionu od frontu i od tylu charakteryzuje sie wzorem w postaci linii, która tworzy ksztalt abstrakcyjny przywodzacy na mysl „czapke Napoleona", przy czym linia ta wychodzi przed ka- setonem szklanym, z frontu i z tylu, natomiast lewy i prawy bok podstawy jest plaski, nieozdobiony jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, oraz Fig. 6, a na dalszych ilustracjach od Fig. 7 do Fig. 32 podstawa widoczna jest w realizacji calego lampionu, tj. wraz z nakryciem i kasetonem. W srodku podstawy zastosowana zostala wystajaca krawedz przypominajaca ramke, w której umieszczana jest bezbarwna lub kolorowa plaszczyzna o wlasciwosciach odblaskowych, jak na Fig. 1, Fig. 2, oraz Fig. 3, przy czym na dalszych ilustracjach od Fig. 7 do Fig. 32 podstawa z umieszczona wewnatrz plaszczyzna widoczna jest calego lampionu przez przezroczyste sciany kasetonu, tj. wraz z nakryciem i kasetonem. Wzór przemyslowy moze wystepowac w 8 odmianach, przy czym wskazane powyzej elementy stanowia ich cechy wspólne. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego róznia sie przede wszystkim zastosowana w frontowej czesci kasetonu dekoracja lub brakiem dekoracji, i tak: 1. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in its original shape, line arrangement, and decoration. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawings: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, Fig. 21, Fig. 22, Fig. 23, Fig. 24, Fig. 25, Fig. 26, Fig. 27, Fig. 28, Fig. 29, Fig. 30, Fig. 31, and Fig. 32. The lantern consists of a cover, a characteristic glass coffer, and a characteristic base with characteristic shapes and line arrangement as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, Fig. 6, Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, Fig. 21, Fig. 22, Fig. 23, Fig. 24, Fig. 25, Fig. 26, Fig. 27, Fig. 28, Fig. 29, Fig. 30, Fig. 31, and Fig. 32. A lantern box with transparent or semi-transparent walls made of flat surfaces, characterized in that the left and right sides of the box are rectangular, while the front and back of the box are equipped with with rounded side edges, resembling the shape of a fitted "fish" dress, wherein all edges of the caisson have been polished, and additionally the side edges, which are rounded and resembling the shape of a "fish" dress, i.e. the front and back of the caisson are decorated with metallic overlays, as in Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, Fig. 21, Fig. 22, Fig. 23, Fig. 24, Fig. 25, Fig. 26, Fig. 27, Fig. 28, Fig. 29, Fig. 30, Fig. 31, and Fig. 32, where the illustrations show mounting tapes at the bottom and top edges of the cassette. These are not included in the pattern, as the cassette walls will be glued together. Therefore, this element is not subject to protection. On the front side of the coffer, from the front, a decoration can be placed, the form of which depends on the type of industrial design, as in Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, Fig. 21, Fig. 22, Fig. 23, Fig. 24, Fig. 25, Fig. 26, Fig. 27, Fig. 28, Fig. 29, Fig. 30, Fig. 31, and Fig. 32. The base of the lantern is made in a colonial style, in which the corner feet arch upwards until they close the shape, which is a characteristic element for all four sides of the base, in which each side is additionally surrounded by visible double layers, their arrangement resembling a frame fitted to adopted colonial style, and on the front side of the base in the middle of the frame there is an emblem resembling a diamond in a crown, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6, while in the further illustrations from Fig. 7 to Fig. 32 the base is visible in the implementation of the entire lantern, i.e. together with the cover and the coffer. The base of the lantern from the front and back is characterized by a pattern in the form of a line which creates an abstract shape reminiscent of "Napoleon's hat", with this line coming out in front of the glass coffer, from the front and back, while the left and right sides of the base are flat, undecorated as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6, and in the subsequent illustrations from Fig. 7 to Fig. 32 the base is visible in the implementation of the entire lantern, i.e. together with the cover and the coffer. In the center of the base, a protruding edge resembling a frame is used, within which a colorless or colored surface with reflective properties is placed, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. In the subsequent illustrations from Fig. 7 to Fig. 32, the base with the internal surface is visible throughout the entire lantern through the transparent walls of the box, i.e., including the cover and box. The industrial design can occur in eight varieties, with the elements indicated above constituting their common features. The varieties of the industrial design differ primarily in the decoration or lack of decoration applied to the front of the box, as follows: 1. Variation I – presents the lantern without additional decoration in the front of the box. As in Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, and Fig. 10. 2. Variation II – shows an "infinity" lantern with a decoration in the form of a cross in the front part of the coffer, wherein the front wall of the coffer is made of PL 25208 3 brown glass, and the back wall inside has a mirror surface ensuring multiple mirror reflection, while the outer surface of the back wall is black. Variation III – shows a lantern with a graphic decoration in the form of an angel playing the violin in a round cover decorated with flowers, placed on the front surface of the coffer, also visible through the transparent back surface of the coffer. Variant IV – shows a lantern with a graphic decoration in the form of an image of Mary and Jesus in a cover decorated with flowers, placed on the front surface of the coffer, also visible through the transparent back surface of the coffer. Essential features of the industrial design An essential feature of the industrial design is that the lantern coffer with transparent or semi-transparent walls made of flat surfaces has left and right sides in the shape of rectangles, while the front side and the back side of the coffer have rounded side edges, in a shape resembling the layout of a fitted "fish" dress, wherein all edges of the coffer have been polished, and additionally the side edges, which are rounded and in a shape resembling a "fish" dress, have decoration in the form of metallic overlays, as in Fig. 7, Fig. 8, Fig. 9, Fig. 10, Fig. 11, Fig. 12, Fig. 13, Fig. 14, Fig. 15, Fig. 16, Fig. 17, Fig. 18, Fig. 19, Fig. 20, Fig. 21, Fig. 22, Fig. 23, Fig. 24, Fig. 25, Fig. 26, Fig. 27, Fig. 28, Fig. 29, Fig. 30, Fig. 31, and Fig. 32, wherein the illustrations show mounting tapes at the lower and upper edges of the cassette, which will not be included in the pattern, as the cassette walls will be glued together. An important feature of the industrial design is that the base of the lantern is made in a stylization referring to the colonial style, in which the corner feet extend in an arc upwards until the shape is closed, which is a characteristic element for all four sides of the base, in which additionally each side is surrounded by visible double layers, their arrangement resembling a frame adapted to the adopted colonial style, and on the front side of the base, in the middle of the frame, there is an emblem resembling a diamond in a crown, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6, while in the subsequent illustrations from Fig. 7 to Fig. 32 the base is visible in the implementation of the entire lantern, i.e. together with the cover and the coffer. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the base of the lantern is characterised by a pattern in the form of a line from the front and back, which creates an abstract shape reminiscent of "Napoleon's hat", and this line comes out in front of the glass coffer, from the front and back, while the left and right sides of the base are flat, undecorated as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 5, and Fig. 6, and in PL 25208 4 further illustrations from Fig. 7 to Fig. 32 the base is visible in the implementation of the entire lantern, i.e. together with the cover and the coffer. An essential feature of the industrial design is that the center of the base features a protruding edge resembling a frame, within which a colorless or colored surface with reflective properties is placed, as in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3. In the subsequent illustrations from Fig. 7 to Fig. 32, the base with the surface placed inside is visible throughout the entire lantern through the transparent walls of the box, i.e., including the cover and the box. An essential feature of the industrial design is that it comes in eight varieties. An essential feature of the industrial design is that variant IV shows a lantern with a graphic decoration in the form of an image of Mary and Baby Jesus in a cover decorated with flowers, placed on the front surface of the coffer, also visible through the transparent back wall of the coffer.
