EN 25079 2 Description of the industrial design The object of the industrial design is a portable tray for carrying food, drinks, cutlery, napkins, by participants of outdoor meetings, standing parties and similar events.

Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1–8 pokazano w widoku perspek- tywicznym 8 odmian wzoru. The subject of the pattern is shown in the drawing, in which 8 variations of the pattern are shown in perspective view in Figs. 1-8.

Tacka przenosna wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt niskiego prostopadloscianu pozbawionego górnej podstawy, czyli stanowi plaskie korytko, którego boczne sciany stanowia pobocznice niskiego prosto- padloscianu. Tacka wyposazona jest w tworzace petle troczki, za które tacke sie przenosi, którymi tacke zawiesza sie na szyi i wtedy ma sie swobodne rece. Tacki wedlug wzoru wykonane sa z calkowicie biodegradowalnych materialów – tacki sa z kartonu lub tektury falistej, a troczki najlepiej, gdy sa wyko- nane z papierowego sznurka. Na tackach umieszcza sie zywnosc, napoje, sztucce, serwetki, materialy reklamowe. Patterned trays are made of completely biodegradable materials - the trays are made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard, and the strings are best made of paper string. Food, drinks, cutlery, napkins and advertising materials are placed on the trays.

Odmiana 1 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 1 to plaskie korytko, do którego bocznych, krótszych scian sa przymocowane konce troczków tworzacych u góry petle, za które tacke sie przenosi lub za pomoca których tacke wiesza sie na szyi. Dlugosc troczków moze byc regulowana przez uzytkownika. Odmiana 3 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 3, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym w dnie w narozu z jednej strony wykonany jest otwór, w którym umieszcza sie kubek z napojem. Variant 3 of the pattern, shown in Fig. 3, is a flat tray as in variant 1, with an opening in the bottom of the corner on one side, in which a cup with a drink is placed.

Odmiana 4 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 4, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym otwór na kubek z napojem jest wykonany w narozu po drugiej stronie dna w stosunku do odmiany 3. Design variation 4 shown in Fig. 4 is a flat tray as in variation 1, the opening for the beverage cup being formed in the corner on the other side of the bottom with respect to variation 3.

Odmiana 6 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 6, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym w dnie w narozach wykonane sa dwa otwory na kubki z napojami. Variation 6 of the pattern shown in Fig. 6 is a flat tray as in embodiment 1, with two openings in the corners at the bottom for cups with beverages.

Odmiana 7 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 7, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym w dnie wykonane sa trzy otwory na kubki z napojami. Variation 7 of the pattern shown in Fig. 7 is a flat tray as in variant 1, with three openings in the bottom for the beverage cups.

Odmiana 8 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 8, to plaskie korytko z trzema otworami jak w odmianie 7, przy czym w bocznych, krótszych scianach sa wykonane pólkoliste naciecia, które po wycisnieciu two- rza boczne, pólkoliste uchwyty do przenoszenia tacki.
