Description

G. Z. Nr 7 z dn. 16.11.1933 r. str. 102; D. 1. G. Z. Nr 34 z dn. 24.5.1934 r. str. 577 i D. 1. G. Z. Nr 27 z dn. 4.4.1935 r. str. 429). Równiez we¬ terynarze francuscy zauwazyli, ze kury po zjedzeniu ziarn zytnich ginely calymi tu¬ zinami (por. Pott ,,Handbuch der tierischen Ernahrung" t 2, 1907 r. str. Spo¬ sób wedlug wynalazku przedstawia poda¬ ny ponizej przyklad.Do 50 kg ziarn zytnich dodaje sie 5%, to jest 2,5 kg mieszaniny zlozonej ze zsia¬ dlej, chudej maslanki wzglednie serwatki, kwasu mlekowego, cukru pastewnego, dróz-dzy, chinosolu i wody. Sklad dodawanej mieszaniny jest nastepujacy: 50 czesci zsiadlej a chudej maslanki wzglednie ser¬ watki, 5 czesci spozywczego kwasu mleko¬ wego, 12,5 czesci cukru pastewnego, 12,5 czesci drozdzy, 0,04 czesci chinosolu i 20 czesci wody, razem 100,04 czesci. PLIt is known that chickens usually do not eat rye grains because these grains contain bitter substances which are poisonous to them, the so-called cerealine. The experience with admixture of rye meal in forage did not give a good result. It turned out that rye-fed hens are sick, thin and often stop laying eggs, and eventually they do not accept rye grains at all, and even die en masse - "Deutsche landwirtschafliche Gefliigel - Zeitung" Berlin No. 49 dated 4.9.1930 page 1121; D. 1. GZ No. 7 of November 16, 1933, page 102; D. 1. GZ No. 34 of May 24, 1934, page 577 and D. 1. GZ No. 27 of April 4, 1935, p. 429). French veterinarians also noted that after eating rye grain, the hens died with whole tuna (see Pott, Handbuch der tierischen Ernahrung, Vol. 2, 1907, p. 452). Since in many countries, e.g. in Poland, Germany and Russia, a lot of rye is sown and at the same time a lot of poultry is raised, it would be desirable for economic reasons to find a way to obtain a suitable feed from rye grains for hens. On the basis of many years of experience, a method has been found by which the above goal is achieved. The method according to the invention is illustrated by the example given below: 5%, i.e. 2.5 kg, of a mixture of curd, lean buttermilk or whey, lactic acid, fodder sugar, yeast, yeast, yeast, and yeast are added to 50 kg of rye grain. chinosol and water. The composition of the mixture to be added is as follows: 50 parts of curdled and lean buttermilk or whey, 5 parts of dietary milk acid, 12.5 parts of fodder sugar, 12.5 parts of yeast, 0.04 parts of chinosol and 20 parts of water, total 100 04 parts. The rye grain mixture is thoroughly processed in such a way that all the grains are moistened; mixing time is approx. 3 minutes. Such rye can be immediately given to the hens, or it can be stored in bags, and it does not rot or rot. Rye grains treated in this way are easily digestible and are eagerly eaten by chickens. PL
